Historical walls and constructions made 300 years ago offer place for the new kitchen and bathroom. A separate entry and a nice little gardenplace complete the apartement. The apartment is beautiful and sunny, spread across the first floor of a house in an elegant, quiet neighborhood (30 minutes from airport, 20 minutes from main station). 4.5 carefully decorated rooms, an office with two desks, living room, two bedrooms, modern kitchen and bathroom, all with sun and daylight. The balcony faces Lake Zurich, a spectacular view. Zurich: clean air, clean waters, excellent public transport, amazing sports and cultural offerings, plus a notable events scene.

Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

Comfortable apartment with one bedroom (160x200cm), a dressing room/study, and a cozy living room. The living room can be converted into an additional bedroom (2 beds 80x200cm or 160x200cm) The apartment also features a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a small terrace. Centrally located. By train (running every 15 minutes), you can reach central Zurich in just 25 minutes, and Rapperswil in 10 minutes. We look forward to welcoming you!

Luxury-Loft Atrium -X-

This unique loft is 13 minutes from the airport ZH and 20 min. from the city limits of Zurich. The area is rural, with forests and a river right by the house. The loft is 280m2 and fully equipped with everything. Nothing is missing here. The beds on the upper floor are of the finest quality and also the sanitary facilities. The lower floor is 200m2 and also includes a sleeping possibility for 2 people. Winter garden and terrace are on the 3rd floor.

Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
