This treehouse was custom designed by its architect with three dimensional chess in mind. Artisan architectural details are found throughout. Relax with the whole family, plan an ice fishing trip with your buddies, or enjoy the lake between clinic appointments. Large lawn with 160ft lake front perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing by the water. Full kitchen, laundry, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and twin bunkbeds in the main house. A second, separate building referred to as the "Bunkhouse" features 3 double beds upstairs and a double bed in the lower level. All within 20 minutes of the Mayo Clinic.

In short, it's a Scandinavian way of living that focuses on hunkering down and creating a safe, comforting and warm place to while away. My husband and I hand built the Hygge House with your comfort in mind. We love being cozy and having space to spend together so when the opportunity arose to renovate our studio, we wanted to share it!
