Large apartment on the second floor of a villa located 1,500 metres above sea level, with spectacular views of the Dolomites. Suitable for large groups of up to 7 people. The house is located on the road that leads to the Venezia mountain hut, situated below Mount Pelmo, which rises to a peak of 3,168 metres. On clear days, you can see the Venice Lagoon.

Staying here means living in history. This apartment is over 300 years old. My grandmother Maria lived there. Living in the mountains is not easy. The spaces are different from those we are used to, the low ceilings, the narrow and steep stairs. The rooms are struggling to warm up. But the charm is unique. ATTENTION: from September to June it may be necessary to turn on the heater. Pellet bags are available to be loaded into the stove.
