Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zona Tortona, Milan

We had a pleasant stay at Daniela's place. With her husband, they are very welcoming hosts, available and who like to communicate. Their house is a good base to visit the very touristy surroundings of Lake Maggiore and find calm after these busy days. I highly recommend it!

Mariagrazia place was great! Good location, space, clean and she was extremely helpful whenever needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Four of us had plenty of room and privacy if wanted. Very clean and well maintained. All the amenities were available as described and Holvan and Goulia were very nice and responsive to questions. The metro and bus lines were nearby and easy. Would stay there again.

Sabrina's apartment was very cozy, comfortable and super clean! The apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment has a wrap around balcony/terrace which provided incredible views of the city. We had a perfect spot to view fireworks on New Year's Eve! The shower did not run out of hot water and the coffee machine worked perfectly. Sabrina is a fantastic host. She is super friendly, helpful and provided us with plenty of great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The Internet was solid. The tram stops right out front of the building which made it easy to move around the city. Thank you, Sabrina!

Antonello was a great host, always predisposed and attentive to us. the apartment is spacious, comfortable and well-stocked, both as furniture and as kitchen tools and elements, bathroom, etc... we also made grills (we are Argentine) San Biagio is 5 km from Garlasco, the nearest town, very well-stocked by supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, swimming pools, padel fields (which were our interests), you have to have yes or yes the car. the internet speed was perfect (we did smartworking). GREAT OPTION FOR YOU TO BE IN THE AREA!

The apartment is well located and 5 minutes away from the Milan Metro which can take you into the city and surrounding areas very quickly. The place is very clean and well-maintained. Overall a great apartment - would 10/10 recommend.

Great space in Milan. Comfortable, very clean and spacious. Anna is an amazing host. We felt at home and welcomed. The apartment is not located in the busy touristic area, which gives you a more peaceful and local atmosphere, but consider that getting to places like the duomo might require transportation or long walks. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Spacious apartment with a beautiful top floor terrace with a beautiful view of the church and the city. The lively Navigli neighborhood is close by. The center is easily accessible by tram or walk (30 minutes). The bells were not inconvenient for us, it's part of the charm of the apartment 😊

The host was communicative, they explained the check-in process beautifully, everything went smoothly. The accommodation was on a quiet street, about 10min there was a metro - to the city by metro about 15-20min. The place was beautiful, clean, I just have to say that there was no hot water, only the cold one froze otherwise everything was fine

As first time Milaner’s, Lorenzo went out of his way to assist and recommend multiple tourist attractions, local restaurants, the best coffee spots, and of course the best gelato in the area. The place was in a perfect location and was just what we needed. Gorgeous sunset views, thank you for a memorable experience!!
