Holiday rentals with beach access in Živogošće

Laura and her whole family were just the most incredible hosts, I have never experienced such kind, caring approach and helpfulness. We had everything we needed and much more. We felt that we spent our holidays with our family. Before our arrival she provided a lot of local tips where to go for a dinner, coffee, beaches, ect. Likewise she always answered and advice on any of our questions, requests. I can only recommend. Thank you once again. ♥

This is the second time we've stayed at Julija's and i can't recommend her place highly enough. The apartment has 2 good sized double rooms and a decent sized kitchen. There's a spacious balcony off the main bedroom and the views from the balcony are absolutely outstanding. Tucepi is a very touristy holiday resort, more so than neighbouring Podgora and Makarska both of which have more of a coastal town vibe, and Julija's place is at the quieter end of the town which is definitely our preference. That said, you've got countless dining, drinking and shopping options within 10 minutes walking and there's a lovely stretch of beach right outside the apartment. Contact with Julija was great, she informed us that we'd be able to check in early and was there to great us when we did arrive. The apartment IS on the top floor and there aren't any lifts so it wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues but other than that, i'd recommend Julija's place to anyone.

Snjezana is a great host! extremely nice, helpful, always willing to help. The apartment offered by Snjezane has everything you need and is super-equipped. The view from the window onto the azure sea is breathtaking. A huge advantage of this place is also the ability to use the owners' paddle boards, deckchairs and umbrellas, so you don't have to bring your own, which is a huge convenience. I highly recommend it, we will be happy to come back next year 🤩🥰

Mycket bra boende som överträffade våra förväntningar! Vi gillade verkligen den rymliga terrassen med fin utsikt över småbåtshamnen. Terrassen var bra möblerad med stort bord och två solstolar. Värden var mycket välkomnande, vänlig och enkel att kommunicera med. Vi fick värdefull info om att affärerna var stängda på söndagar så vi hann handla på vägen innan vi anlände lördag kväll. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!

Med gode erfaringer fra ifjor, valgte jeg å bo hos Sanja i år også. Som i fjor ble jeg både hentet og brakt tilbake til busstasjonen. Leiligheten ligger et stykke opp i bakken, noe som passer meg utmerket siden jeg liker å gå, både til sentrum, til Nugal Beach og på fjellet Leiligheten er utstyrt med alt jeg kunne ønske meg, nok skap-plass, badet er funksjonelt og fyller mine behov. Vaskemaskinen ble brukt flere ganger, og det var håndklær i overflod. Airconditionen er en livredder på varme netter. Man føler seg ivaretatt hos Sanja, hun sender melding og spør hvordan det går og om jeg trenger noe. Da jeg nevnte ønske om å leie en sykkel, tryllet tante Gordana fram en flott sykkel og hjelm som jeg fikk låne mens jeg var der.. Nærmeste matbutikk er kun et minutt unna, det var praktisk. Det blir nok Sanjas leilighet også neste gang jeg drar til Makarska☺️

The apartment was cosy and welcoming with a beautiful outlook over the promenade and a water view from the bedroom window. It was easy walking distance from the Port & numerous restaurants. Petar very kindly met us at the Port & walked us to the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped including all the larder essentials. We would happily stay in the apartment again!

Anamarija’s place was wonderful. The perfect getaway with an amazing view (especially sunrise). Anamarija was a great host. Super responsive if I ever needed anything and one morning she brought homemade apple strudel which was the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay outside of the old town. The walk to old town is mostly down hill with a great view of the sea. Taxi is only €15 and less than a 10 minute ride.

Gastgeber sehr nette und höfliche Junge Familie und unkompliziertes Empfang. Sehr modern gebaute Villa mit schönen Blick auf das Meer. Tolle Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Wir haben sich gut erholt und ich kann nur empfehlen. Wir kommen nochmals wieder 👍👍👍👍

Josipa’s incredible space is only matched by her warm, wonderful hospitality. We were floored when we saw the views—exactly as stunning as the photos promised—but even more impressed with the intentional style + atmosphere of the impeccable space she has created. We were so glad we got to meet her in person and chat a bit, she is a ray of sunshine and warmth and made us feel so welcomed. The hardest part was leaving—especially after coming home to the apartment to find the sweetest bowl of fresh cherries she’d left for us. A very very special place.

Anita and Ivan are amazing hosts. The property is in an awesome position. Walking distance to everything. Loved it.

Fantastyczne miejsce! Z pewnością będziemy chcieli wrócić. Wszystko zgodne z opisem, przepiękny widok z tarasu, parking przy budynku, 20m do plaży, pralka oraz suszarka dzięki czemu można wyprać rzeczy. Obok małe knajpki, sklep, zdecydowanie warto przyjechać tu na dłużej!

Diese Unterkunft ist ein Juwel! Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche hier. Perfekte Ausstattung auch mit Kleinkind (Geschirr, Hochstuhl, Bett). Sogar Strandtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos und makellos sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Die Zufahrtsstrasse ist nicht asphaltiert aber mit normalem Fahrzeug problemlos machbar. Und zu allem hin ist Romano ein sehr sympathischer, zuverlässiger und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, Nachrichten werden immer innert kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft von Herzen weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent séjour passé chez Yvan. Le couple nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Disponible pour répondre à toutes nos demandes. Nous avons très apprécié l’emplacement du studio très propre et aménagé avec goût. À quelques escaliers des plages, restaurants et commerces. Ce fût un réel plaisir. Prêts à y revenir ! Nous recommandons vivement.

If you want a truly unforgettable experience and to be part of something special, PLEASE book this place. From kind words and surprise refreshments to a perfectly private beach tucked into a hidden oceanside village, you will not be disappointed. We had a rental car but didn't use it because we couldn't be torn away from the peaceful clear waters of the Adriatic and the beautifully manicured terraces for lounging and enjoying the sunset views. We could go on and on, but we'll just say: THANK YOU & SEE YOU AGAIN! <3

Wir haben 11 wunderbare Tage im Mai dort verbringen dürfen. Das Haus ist in einem kleinen Dorf gelegen, es liegt am Fuße eines beeindruckenden Berges. Zum Meer sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto, oder 45 Minuten zu Fuß. Im näheren Umkreis des Hauses befinden sich mehrere Häuser. Es handelt sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte, nebenan ist ein Restaraunt. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett, man fühlt sich direkt heimisch. Das Haus besitzt drei Fahrzeugstellplätze, eine davon ist eine Garage, dort kann man sein Auto parken. Der Eigentümer ist äußerst zuvorkommend, er ist immer erreichbar für Fragen, Antwortzeit unter 30 Minuten. Das ganze Haus war super sauber und ist schön eingerichtet, Landeskategorie 4/5? Der beheizte Pool war super für die kälteren Tage im Mai.

Fabulous apartment in a great location with an amazing and memorable view. Apartment is comfortable with great amenities. Everything’s well thought out. Great bedding, plenty of towels, hooks, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and a bottle of wine! The espresso machine was fantastic! He met us at the ferry dock and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Perfect stay! Highly recommend! The view from the apartment balcony is the best!

We were looked after by Dina's cousin Antea, who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She looked out for us and made sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was well equipped and spotlessly clean and comfortable. The view down to the harbour from the living room window and outside seating area was lovely. It was a five minute walk down to the harbour with its selection of restaurants and a supermarket - a few more minutes walking back up because you have a slope to climb, but that should not deter anyone who is averagely fit. We took a water taxi from Lumbarda harbour right to the edge of pedestrianised Korcula Old Town, which cost 15 euros return and ran every 30 minutes. This was nicer than going by road and not too unreasonable considering that parking anywhere near the town costs 5 euros an hour. The Old Town is beautiful and a more relaxing, less touristy and so more atmospheric version of Dubrovnik with lots of nice art studios.

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

Perfekte, vollständig ausgestattete Unterkunft. Sogar verschiedenste Waschmittel lagen parat, ebenso Grundlagen der Küche wie Kaffee, Zucker, Öle, Essig usw. Die Lage zwischen Supermarkt und Strand ist ein Traum. Alles modern, sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Bilder in der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich und einen Blick wert 🤭. Bis auf den Parkplatz ist auch alles total unkompliziert. Um zum Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof zu gelangen, am besten in der Einbahnstraße gegen den Strich fahren wie die Einheimischen 😉 Kroatien ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert, Split besonders, und diese Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen 👍.

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!

Marco’s place in Hvar was my absolute favorite stay during our trip to Croatia! His home is beautiful, in a fantastic location, and offers stunning views. Beyond the lovely accommodations, Marco went above and beyond—he introduced me to some amazing skincare products from his local shop. I had developed a skin irritation from too much sun, and the cream he recommended worked wonders. This place is definitely on our return list—I will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Ivo’s apartment in Lumbarda. The location is perfect and the photos struggle to capture the beauty of view you get from the front terrace (there are two terraces!). Nothing separates you from the sea apart from the local road to the centre of town. There are a couple of very small sandy beaches in the town but 15 minutes walk to a beautiful large sandy beach. If you have a car we recommend Pupnatska Luka as our favourite beach - windy small road to get there but its worth it! Ivo and his wife were perfect hosts - lovely to deal with and very helpful. The apartment is bright open and spotless with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would love to come back in the future.
