Our 3rd time staying at this location. What stands out the most is the hard working friendly staff. Love the assigned seating around the pool or on the beach.

Nice big studio apartment located in Zihua centro just a few blocks from the ocean. Super comfy bed…there’s a balcony on the street side. No air conditioning but there are a couple of fans in the unit. Not a problem for me cause I like the heat. Kitchen has the basic things you’ll need…the fridge is a bar fridge. The hosts were very responsive. Highly recommended if you just need a basic accommodation at a very reasonable price.

My experience has been very positive, the apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. The area is quiet and quiet. I didn't need anything, on the contrary, it's very well equipped. I was able to rest, work, cook, everything! Thank you Maria Elena for your attention and the details. The pictures accurately portray this beautiful home. The views were breathtaking, with stunning sunsets everyday. The Condo was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils to cook delicious meals. Any issues were handled promptly by the Owner Eric and resolved as quickly as possible. One of the the things we appreciated most was that there was enough breeze during the evenings that we didn’t have to have the air conditioning on as we enjoyed the end of day activities. A wonderful place, the hosts were always attentive to our requests, the apartment is beautiful, very comfortable mattresses, the impeccable kitchen well equipped, we had bicycles , swimming pool and jacuzzi in an atmosphere of tranquility and rest. Easy access to public transportation and taxis. We would definitely stay here again

Love the place. The view was amazing. The kitchen could do with more cooking items like big bowls., better utensils, cooking sheets. A little disappointed they did not provide garbage bags or other cleaning products other than dish soap. Overall the place was amazing so amazing we extended our stay. We will definitely come back

This probably had everything we needed and more. The pool/hammocks were the fun touch we didn’t know we needed. The walk trail being right outside was extremely convenient and made it for a fun stroll to the center. Also great for biking. Soriana is right down the road as well. We went there a couple times. The AC was so good to have. Bathroom was clean and refreshing to have a window to see the sunset and hear the sounds of city. Water never got warm for us, but we don’t mind. Access to the building and room was very easy. The main contact for the Airbnb was very good at getting us things we need (lighter, water, shampoo). We stayed there 9 days. Didn’t know we would have a cleaning day after 7 days so it was a nice surprise. We just left them our room key and they cleaned everything, changed the sheets, as well as fresh towels. Another great touch was access to the smart tv, instead of packing a speaker for our trip, we played music from YouTube and made waking up early easy.

The host was very kind and helpful! The house is in good condition and very clean. He left us a gift in the house when we arrived, which was a great touch! We had a great time and if we come back it would be a good option!

Beautiful everything! I went with my family to spend my birthday here, and I would definitely do it again. The place is very nice, the garden is well kept, the pools are clean and the staff are nice. If you want to relax in a quiet place, this is undoubtedly your best option. There are no loud noises and although the rules may seem strict, they help to make the place harmonious. We also took a disabled person and the complex is totally suitable for them, many places no longer have these facilitation areas for people in wheelchairs and here we had no problem with that. The apartment is amazing, the mattresses are very comfortable, and it's fully equipped so you can cook meals there if you wish. Communication was also excellent, always attentive to my questions and recommendations. I'll definitely come back when I get the chance.

We had an amazing stay! This spot is a true gem! Clean, comfortable & Emir, our host, had amazing customer service. Great location, just private enough or easy access (with stairs & short walk) to combis & taxis. We were able to walk the rocks to Las Gatas! Another thing to take advantage of is the day pass from Thompsons. All in all, an amazing stay, looking forward to our next stay. We did have an issue with water at the property one evening/night, but that was completely out of the host’s control. The host was very apologetic & compensated us. Wonderful customer service!

Very comfortable place to spend a couple of days, the view is very beautiful and you can enjoy the balcony in the afternoons, the beach is located just outside the place, the stairs of the restaurant are connected to those of the rooms and it is an accessible space to go to dinner, it is advisable to bring soap and shampoo since they only provide a small bottle at check-in

Everything is excellent, clean, beautiful, perfect amenities. I would stay here many more times again. Yohana always answered the doubts quickly and helped us with everything we asked. Thank you very much

Incredible place! The best view of Ixtapa Zihuatanejo, the apartment is beautiful and with all the amenities. Mrs. Vicky took excellent care of us. I recommend it 100%. We would definitely come back.

My family and I felt very comfortable, it's totally worth it, very clean, nice and private. We loved it!

Place with a very nice view of the marina, it makes this nice, clean, quick access and very good service. The only thing we didn't know is that the entrance is with a bracelet, so they do not allow access to outside people and I could not invite a couple of people to dinner, outside that perfect place.

Georgina was very kind and attentive at all times and is a great host. The place is very well located in the restaurant area, craft market and bars, it is a very comfortable and clean place, it has all the amenities and necessary for a comfortable stay, the entrance to the beach is about 15min walk. Although my family and I went for the triathlon competition and we could not enjoy everything, we hope to return to have a longer and more family experience and stay, due to all the facilities it presents. It is a highly recommended place for a short or long stay, highly recommended.

Excellent place, just like the photos and description. The very quiet and clean pool, as well as the apartment. The location of the place is very good, a few blocks from the hotel zone 1, shops, restaurants.

This was our fifth visit to the Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo area. We have never stayed in the Marina but this was a pleasant surprise. The view of the bay is spectacular - best we have had. The unit is well equipped with gas stove top and all of the cooking utensils you need. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. Howard is a good host. He answered all of my questions and the property manager met us promptly at the property. The only negative for some folks is that it is a 15 min walk to the main Ixtapa restaurant district. We enjoyed the walk and there are a few closer restaurants in the marina. The benefit is that this resort is much quieter than some of the resorts we stayed at that were closer. Overall highly recommended!
