Villa 47 is a property located in the exclusive "Playa Iguana" condominium that is a few steps from the Ixtapa Marina and a 10-minute drive from Zihuatanejo. Maximum occupancy is 8 people (infants and children included). If more come, they will not be able to access the Condominium. It is also essential to send the ID of all guests of legal age at least three days before arrival.
