New apartment near Legoland/nature

Pure relaxation in the new 3-room apartment (plus kitchen and bathroom) close to Legoland and all around you will find the nature park (Western Forests). We also have many quarry lakes here that invite you to relax. Also a wakeboard facility (Turncable) is very close. The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be reached via a few stairs. One of the two balconies has sun until the evening, the other balcony invites you to the first coffee in the sun in the morning.

Family-friendly tiny house with garden

This cozy apartment is in the Swabian style. Two people, even with a child (2), will find everything they need for a break in a small space (also 3 adults+1 child). There is a fully equipped kitchenette. The guest can adjust the heating himself. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, naturally warm water, washing machine, view of the countryside. In addition to the pull-out sofa bed (160 x 200) downstairs, there is another bed (100 x 200) on the gallery as well as a cot (70 x 160).

Charming | Close to the centre | Nature

The charming accommodation is quiet and close to nature in the immediate vicinity of Lech – ideal for jogging, walking or switching off. At the same time, you can reach the city centre in just about 10 minutes. The accommodation is fully equipped with a kitchen incl. Coffee machine and tea, towels, shower utensils, Wi-Fi and a desk for working. Restaurants such as the Floßländle are within walking distance. Free parking is available directly in front of the house on the street.

Staudentraum vacation home

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Quiet yet everything is within easy reach

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. On request, we can also style the bed covers in a slightly more fun way (see photos). Of course, we also have firefighters, princesses, dinosaurs, etc., if your children request them. Please let me know in advance :-) And in October, things get spooky in the apartment too. We're trying to make it look as spooky as possible. No one should say it was boring with us ;-)
