Holiday rentals with a pool in Zemunik Gornji

Neven ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer gut erreichbar und setz freundlich war (auch im Vorfeld). Der Check-in war reibungslos und wir haben von Neven sogar eine Willkommensschüssel mit Kirschen aus seinem Garten und einen ersten Vorrat an Getränken bekommen. Auch waren alle notwendigen Utensilien zum Kochen vorhanden (Öl, Essig, Zucker, Salz und Pfeffer). Wir haben von Neven auch super Tipps für unsere Bedürfnisse geschickt bekommen. Der Pool war warm und sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft ansich ist total schön und man hat komplette Privatsphäre. Niemand konnte zu uns in den Garten reinschauen. Auch der vorhandene Gasgrill war super. Bis mittags hat man sogar Naturschatten, danach muss man sich mit Schirmen behelfen. Wer nur in der Sonne liegen mag, kann das aber jederzeit machen. Von Neven wurde uns zudem auf Nachfrage ein Babystuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Sollte es uns wieder in die Gegend verschlagen, werden wir diese Unterkunft gerne wieder buchen.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Ante in seinem schönen, ruhigen Ferienapartment. Bei der Ankunft war alles perfekt vorbereitet, auch für unseren 11 Monate alten Sohn, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Der Außenbereich bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung: Tischtennis, Darts, Federball und sogar Bumerangs. Die große, überdachte Terrasse mit Grill lädt zum Verweilen ein. Besonders schön fanden wir die Hängematte zwischen zwei Bäumen, in der wir wunderbar entspannen konnten. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich der große Pool. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ante ist ein großartiger Gastgeber: Er antwortete schnell auf Fragen und gab tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Als Willkommensgruß lagen frische Kirschen bereit, die super lecker waren – eine nette Geste! Wir können Ante und sein Ferienapartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Katharina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Meer liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt und befindet sich direkt neben einem tollen Restaurant. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Superbe séjour entre amis, la villa était parfaite, le niveau d’équipements était largement au rendez-vous et notre hôte a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Merci !

Sehr nett eingerichtet, super Gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es nichts, vieles in 10-15 min fahrt erreichbar, Haus ist sehr klein (wirkt auf den Bildern deutlich größer) und die Schlafmöglichkeiten nicht sehr angenehm, Angaben zum Standort waren nicht korrekt

Wir waren eine Wochen in dem Haus. Am besten gefallen hat uns, dass es sehr privat ist. Es gibt nur einen Nachbarn, der kaum Einsicht hat. Zu dem Haus gehört ein riesen Grundstück, dass komplett eingezäunt ist, Ideal für Hunde. Zadar ist die nächste große Stadt und liegt ca 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. (Im Smokovic direkt ist nichts los) Das Haus ist ausreichend ausgestattet, Handtücher werden gestellt. Nur die Spülmaschine ist sehr klein aber für 2 Personen ist alles perfekt. Ein Highlight war für uns die überdachte Terrasse, hier kann man auch bei regen gemütlich draußen sitzen. Ein außen TV ist auch vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir kommen definitiv wieder

El balcón (más bien terracita) donde desayunamos todos los días. La cama extragrande, fuí con una amiga y no nos molestamos, era como dormir solas. Las vistas desde la piscina (no la utilizamos porque hizo mucho aire, pero estaba limpía y disponible). El sr. que nos recibió super amable. Llegamos con el último ferry y aunque era tarde nos recibieron con una sonrisa. El agua no es potable, y nos ponían agua y cafe a disposición. El alojamiento es sencillo, pero muy cómodo, el parking fácil (me preocupaba bastante). Nos hemos quedado con ganas de disfrutar más, pero en la isla hay demasiadas cosas preciosas que ver. Si volvemos, repetiría, oir los grillos tomando el cafe fuera es un lujo. Hay varios gatos, pero te advierten que no los alimentes para que no vengan porque puede haber huespedes alergicos. Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

What should we say. This is a wonderful location to relax (the terasse is huge!). Both hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. The sleeping rooms were good for us and our kids. We slept fine. Air condition worked wonders 🤣. The kitchen had everything we needed. A big fridge is there too. The WC is a bit small but again, enough for us. Really nothing negative..Thanks again 🫶 (not just for the figs 🥳) The private pool was pretty private ;-). The guests of the other apartment were gone during the day so we had a full pool day to ourselves. The pool was super clean too! And enough places to rest at the pool. They have a BBQ house too but we didn’t use it. We were too lazy to grill 🤣 Two good restaurants just few minutes car drive away.

Hôte parfait. Très à l’écoute des besoins et très disponible. Il nous a beaucoup aidé et a été très rapide et efficace dans nos demandes. La maison est exceptionnelle avec jardin et piscine privative. La cuisine d’été et la grande table à manger avec tous les ustensiles étaient très apprécié. Un super séjour. Je le recommande sans hésitation. Exceptionnel!

Meine Familie und ich waren Ende September bei Marijana zu Gast. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und war mit dem Pool ein entspanntes Erlebnis. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und brachte uns sogar regelmäßig frisches Obst aus Ihrem Garten und half uns mit vielen tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist leider nicht wirklich zentral. In den umgebenen Dörfern gibt es zwar kleine Strände, jedoch sollte man bedenken ein Auto für die Erkundung zu haben, da es nahegelegen sehr ruhig ist und man etwas weiter raus fahren muss für mehr Aktion. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir verabschieden uns dankbar von Vrana, Kroatien. ❤️

christina hat uns sehr warmherzig empfangen. die Unterkunft war schöner als auf den Fotos, der Pool war das absolute Highlight. gute Tipps und jederzeit freundliche Kommunikation, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Great place to stay to visit the Croatian coast. Preferably need a car if you want to get around to the national parks and cities but it's really centrally located so no long drives needed. If you're just into swimming, the beach is only a 5 minute walk away (and there's also the pool of course). Slavko and his wife also make delicious food to enjoy on the top-side terrace. Possibilities for boat trips, sight seeing, walking are endless. Really a place to recommend !

Snjezana was responsive and always ready to help! The shared pool was amazing and they’re cleaning it every morning.

Es war alles super, wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit, würde wieder hingehen und würde es weiterempfehlen. Ein schöner Urlaub einfach top der Pool war das Highlight. Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit!!!

We had an amazing time here! The place was very clean, the rooms were cozy and every room had a private bathroom, which was great. In general, the place was even better than in the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment, which is important for longer stays. We also enjoyed the outside area with a grill, nice green space and a quite big, clean pool. The pool is also exposed to the sun, so the water always had a great temperature. The accommodation is within 5min walking distance to the beach, and in general the area is quite nice.

Alles war bestens! Super Haus, super Pool, gut ausgestattet. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen 💪

Wirklich wunderschönes und nagelneues Haus. Wie haben uns sehr gerne dort aufgehalten und es ist genau so toll wie auf den Bildern. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Schöne Unterkunft in einem ruhigen Ort. Ideal um einfach mal abzuschalten.

Loved our stay here. A peaceful location. Very spacious house, very clean and comfortable with lovely pool. The garage was good to have too. Great location for easily getting to lots of different places and also a really easy short distance to the airport. There are a couple of shops in the local village handy for getting food. Kristina was a lovely host, very welcoming and available for any questions. Would be really happy to stay here again :-)

Jättefint boende! Var lika fint som på bilderna om inte ännu finnare. Väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga värdar. Vi åkte med en 16 månaders "bebis" och baksidan med pool och solstolar passade oss perfekt! Baksidan var privat och trevlig. Staden/byn var inte så stor och inte så mycket att göra, men det passade oss bra som bilade ned. Bra och nära möjlighet till att handla mat.

This villa is totally beautiful, tastfully furnished and immaculately clean. It has everything in place to make it a real home from home. We could not have asked for anything else. The kitchens are well stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery etc as well as a freezer full of ice. Our host also provided us with his home made wine on arrival which was very appreciated as the shops were already closed by the time we got there. He was also happy to provide more as and when it was required. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and the beds extremely comfortable. There are plenty of showers to meet the needs of all those staying. The villa is situated in a very sleepy town with only a shop and a bar so we found having a car a must. There are other towns and beaches only a short drive away or there is the option to drive further afield if you wish. All in all I could not recommend this villa highly enough.
