Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. Our larch house is an example of the modernist architecture of the 1970s; located on a hill, in a beech forest, it rises above the surrounding area. It has a large sunny terrace, and under it there are facilities for a campfire and barbecue, as well as a pizza oven. Perfect for a family getaway out of town. Nearby there is the Chełm mountain, hiking trails in Gorce, tennis courts in Myślenice and a nearby forest where you can find a wealth of mushrooms and berries.

I have a cozy wooden cottage to offer. The advantage of the cottage is the space, stone terrace and a place to have a bonfire and barbecue. This unique cottage in the countryside has a unique atmosphere and is decorated with love, you can feel at home. Downstairs, there is a small living room with a comfortable sofa where you can chill, read, watch TV (library available). In the living room, there is a wooden chest with a yoga mat, belts, blocks and blankets.
