Zawoja is a tourist town, which is a great base for climbing Babia Góra. The village can be comfortably reached by public transport, with regular buses from Krakow.

The cottage is located in Stryszów, close to Krakow (1h), Wadowic (15min), Oświęcimia (45min) and Zakopane (1h30min).
