Dieses 500 jahre alte Haus im historischen Zentrum von Hallstatt wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert, hier ist die Geschichte Hallstatts überall spürbar. Der Hallstättersee ist nur 30m entfernt und von den Räumlichkeiten und vom Garten hat man einen wunderbaren Seeblick. Auf der Terrasse kann man bei Kaffee die Morgensonne genießen. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC und ein extra WC. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

The accommodation "Smaragd" is located on the ground floor and is very spacious with its 87 m2 and three bedrooms. Two showers and two toilets ensure a smooth process in the morning. From the west-facing balcony you have a fantastic view of the Pongau mountains. Tourist tax is charged extra in cash on site. Pets are charged an additional €10/night per unit on site.
