It is a new 70 m2 apartment including two bedrooms (1 x kingsize bed + 2 x single bed), work area, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room and a balcony with a beautiful seaview. Located 50 m from the sea in a quiet area but close to the little towns of Rogoznica and Primošten to go for a dinner at the evening. You can buy all you need in several shops in Rogoznica. The beach is peacefull and the water is crystal clear. You can relax on the beach under the parasol.

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
