A unique, newly built apartment type cottage will offer you a unique stay in a quiet part of the Jizera Mountains. In summer you can sit on the covered terrace by the ornamental swimming pond, in winter you can relax in the Finnish sauna. In the immediate vicinity you will find activities for cycling, hiking, or just mushroom picking in the surrounding forests. In winter you can go to the slopes, cross-country skiing, or just sledding, all in the immediate vicinity of the house. The cottage itself will offer you a living room, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms.

The house is directly adjacent to the forest where there is a rock labyrinth and the possibility of climbing the rocks. The surroundings of the house are very quiet, the neighbors are in sight but not nearby. In the surroundings you will find everything for your rest but also a number of sports activities, cycling, fishing, canoeing, hiking and more. In the winter season the minimum length of stay is 5 nights. In the summer season, the minimum stay is 7 nights. There are two apartments for rent in the house, each with a separate entrance.

Apiary Bee hive

An apiary full of honey and bees, where you can see the work of our bees and their entire cycle in the glass hives right from the bed. The bee hive is located in Podkrkonoší, near the village of Zdobín near a pine forest full of rocks, blueberries and a nearby pond. You can't drive to the apiary to blend in with nature. It's completely off-grid. The bees are in our Bee Theater from about April to October, depending on the weather. Then we move them under the bed for hibernation. Jizera Cottages - Neposeda

Listen to the rustling of the trees, walk among the meadow flowers and fall asleep under a million stars in the evening. I am Neposeda - I like peace, nature and I like to share it with you. Grill a romantic dinner with wine or roast sausages after a trip - I have everything from a fireplace, through a grill to a fully equipped kitchen. And if you want to relax, the hot tub is included in the price of the stay, just dive in and enjoy. Wrap yourself in a blanket or swing under the stars – it's your moment of peace.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

The apartment is located on the edge of the village between meadows and pastures, a place created for peace and relaxation, on the terrace there is a quiet zone with a private hot tub, which is open all year round. The place is situated on the edge of the Jizera Mountains and the Bohemian Paradise. There are several cycling and hiking trails nearby. In the winter months, it is possible to use the local cross-country tracks and the nearby ski resorts of Špičák, Čáp, Šachty

Deer Mountain Chalet

Uprostřed Jizerských hor se nachází naše útulná chalupa. Je vhodná jak pro partu lidí, tak pro rodiny s dětmi. Ubytuje 8 hostů. Vše je zařízenou pro maximální odpočinek a relaxaci. Chalupa je plně vybavena od kuchyně až po dětský koutek. Pod pergolou je venkovní posezení, sauna a ledová sprcha. Lyžařské areály se nachází v blízké vzdálenosti od domu. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.
