This is our second time staying at this home. It’s perfect for our family of 5. The kids would live at the pool if they could and always made friends. It was a central location to drive around and have a true authentic experience!

This is a beautiful location with immediate beach access. Perfect for 5 people. Central to a lot of different things to do in Puerto Rico! 10/10 RECOMMEND!

Definitely a superhost - so accommodating !!! Had a great time and will be back - 30 min easy drive to old San Juan where we mostly went for dinners - around 30 min drive to the rainforest and to luquillo beach we loved loved it

This was my first time in Puerto Rico, and this place was great. It has awesome views and is within walking distance of a decent amount of stuff. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again on my next trip to PR!!!

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

I loved this place, and I wish I would’ve booked it for my entire trip as I regretted checking out and I would’ve checked back in but they were booked for the rest of the week. It’s very clean. It’s very comfortable. It very quiet with the exception of the wildlife that’s so noisy (the coqui frogs at night, which are pretty cool, but it takes getting used to the sounds). Her location is close to the forest and that’s about the only thing I know of to do in the neighborhood. The only thing that disappointed me was that the Jacuzzi wasn’t heated up, so I didn’t use it and I think they sprayed air freshener on the pillows, which is understandable with the humidity in Puerto Rico, but I have a very bad fragrance sensitivity. The yard is very pretty. I love her garden and plants. I’m a woman traveling alone and I often get nervous in new places and I loved her unit! Plus Coco, her little dog, became my best friend in less than 24 hours. I adore that little dog. She brightened my days!

This place was amazing, the area was very quiet and the amenities made the stay peaceful and tranquil, the house was perfect for my family of five and we even had a cat that would come and hang out with us everyday!! We named her Suki but she had a collar so she may have been someone’s pet she is a dark grey ball of fun. We are grateful for the hospitality and the amazing stay we had while here!!! We will definitely be back soon!!!

Overall easy check in and out. Place was cozy and clean. Unfortunately there was an island wide power outage that happened while we were away at a beach but the host reached out very quickly to let us know what was going on. They have a backup solar panel as well. Everything as described! The location was conveinant. I'll be booking again when we return to the island. Check the house to see what you need before going out to buy things for your stay because it may be there, like seasonings for cooking LOL! We didn't and bought to much so the next guests will have items we had to leave behind. Overall 10 out of 10.

It was an amazing stay, my family and I enjoyed it. Nelson was a very great host, would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I would also be going back for another stay. My mission for my husband to reunite him with his dad was a successful mission all thanks to Nelson.

Our stay in Cubuy at Samuel’s place was truly magical. The space was clean, peaceful, and immersed in the natural beauty of the rainforest. We especially loved falling asleep to the calming sound of the coquí at night—it was like nature’s lullaby. Exploring the surrounding farm and rainforest was a highlight of our trip, and the friendly resident cat added an extra touch of warmth with its sweet snuggles. One of my unexpected favorite parts was the simple pleasure of hang-drying our clothes in the fresh mountain air—the scent was amazing and really brought me into the rhythm of the place. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for cooking, which made us feel completely at home. Every detail of the stay felt intentional and grounded in nature. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path retreat.

Thank you Larry for an awesome stay for our first time visiting Puerto Rico- it won’t be the last! Our stay was peaceful, magical, and we are really going to miss your chickens and the local kitties greeting us. The house was well stocked and walkable to many cute restaurants and the beach. My daughters didn’t want to leave! We would love to stay here again. Larry was an awesome host and just a super nice guy

If you are looking to be with “ the locals” Loiza is where it is at. The house is situated in a local neighborhood. The people are friendly, the house is beautiful. The food is amazing ! We ate at a local spot called “ Iguana” . In terms of communication, if I messaged Edith, her response time was immediate or a short time later. I’d check out Piñones Beach. There are little shops and food stands near the beach. Bring cash. I’d definitely book with Edith again :).

everything is very clean, comfortable and very cozy, large and comfortable pool area to have a good time with the family.

The ambiance was soo nice and peaceful which was so nice to come and rest to after a long day of loud noises. Nelson was also very nice and went out of his ways to find delicious and local places to eat to. Very beautiful experience

This condo is in a perfect location and has everything you need during your stay. There are beach items in the storage box on the balcony and the pantry has any odds and ends items that you may need during your stay. The hosts are responsive for any questions you may have. We would love to stay here again next time we go to Loquillo.

I’ve never been to a place more equipped with anything you could possibly need absolutely one of the best experiences. I am clearly impressed.

Definitely enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place. Very clean and organized, easy to locate, loved that it felt safe with the 24hr security. Felt right at home. The pool was great as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach in the back, no issues or complaints to give, simply enjoyed the whole stay, the cleanliness and Alejandro was great willing to help and even give advice for places to visit and things to do in the area…will recommend to others.

We chose this location because it is a super quick drive to the ferry. The area is safe and peaceful, the living space is spacious, thoughtfully decorated with many extra amenities and furniture was very comfortable. The rooftop patio is huge and fun to walk up to with a great view. The host is wonderful and so helpful and quick to answer any questions at all which really added to the enjoyment of our stay. Would absolutely recommend this property.

Stayed for 5 nights, location is beautiful, free parking, access to pool, and beach. The view from the condo terrace is breathtaking, right in front of Playa Azul. Bedroom only is air conditioned. Use of washer and dryer, which was great and i was able to pack up clean clothes. Near a lot of stores, walkable to some, restaurant and a bar within walking distance. Definitely check out the kioskos, really good food with the beach at the back. Went to Hacienda Carabali for horseback riding tour in el yunque rainforest, and then had dinner at the bar and grill in the location. Overall, i had an amazing time there.
