New apartment with excellent lighting, comfortable and warm. This place you will love it since it has a beautiful view of the city of Guadalajara, in addition the tower has spaces for rest and recreation (swimming pool, gym, rooftop). Its location in front of a light rail station makes mobility easier. The first picture of the city 20 minutes by car, a chedraui just in front and a small square on one side with a variety of amenities.

A light-filled dining space features a rectangular table surrounded by dark, high-backed chairs in various shades. A plush gray sectional sofa, accented with purple pillows, lines one wall. A purple feature wall with decorative hexagonal shapes enhances the modern ambiance.

The main entrance to the property is shared and you can use patios and terraces. To access the rooms you have to climb stairs to be taken into account. if you come by car We have places on a pension at 300mts. the pension closes at 10pm. contact us for the schedules on weekends and holidays
