everything was perfect, a quiet place and a few minutes from the shore of Garda... the host let us in even before the reported time and when we left we thought we had forgotten the children's hair and asked to check... he contacted us right away. We have spent 6 nights in this beautiful place. Although there are many excursion possibilities on Lake Garda, we only went away once because we wanted to enjoy every minute in the garden, on the private beach or in the Jacuzi. It was the perfect place for us to relax and simply do nothing. We were warmly welcomed by Giampaolo and his mother, who lives downstairs. She gifted us several times with something she had baked herself. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking or making a barbeque in the garden. We would definitely book this Airbnb again!

We had a wonderful stay at Giulia’s place! The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and is ideally located—just a short walk from the city center and the lake, yet incredibly peaceful thanks to its lovely private garden. We were traveling with a small child and truly appreciated the thoughtful touches like a baby cot, high chair, and even a little playhouse in the garden, which our kid loved. Flavio kindly met us at the train station and gave us a ride to the apartment, which was such a warm welcome. He was always available, incredibly friendly, and quick to help with any questions or requests. We feel very lucky to have chosen this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Flavia met us personally and showed us around, recommended a restaurant close by and the beach on the lake a short walk from the property. she also said we could contact her directly if we needed anything and let us know which waste items to put out on the appropriate days for collection which was very helpful. Flavia was very friendly, communicative and helpful

We had a great stay here. The house is very big with lots of room, the balcony is incredible with beautiful views and you can have dinner outside watching the sunset. Perfect location with just a quick drive into either towns. Very helpful host and we had a nice time

We were a big family of 10, who had a great time at Velentina's house. For us (8 adults and 2 children), it was great: enough space in the house for all of us with two kitchens and three baths, great location at Lake Garda and it's in a very quiet area, which is very nice. Whenever we had a question, the host responded quickly and friendly. Valentina had many great recommendations for our trip to Italy. We can recommend this house, and would like to come back to the San Felice/ Saló area.

We loved staying at Deborah's place. It looked even more beautiful in real life. We stayed 6 nights with our toddler who had a great time playing outside. The house is spacious enough to live comfortably and has everything you need. Everything is put together with care. We connected with her parents who are present on some days in the back of the house, they were lovely and never overbearing. What worked well for us was the peaceful environment, a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns of Lake Garda. The garden is authentic and very well kept. The view amazing. Getting to the property is fairly easy, I do recommend checking what your navigation tells you to do because it led us in a street that turned out to be for residents only and was very narrow (it's marked Eccetto frontisti). Avoid these streets, they take you off the main road anyway, not what you need. I phoned Deborah for some advice and she was a great help, we found it easily.
