The apartment is great, clean and clean. The location is perfect. A quiet place and easily accessible. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby and a few kilometers from Marbella by car or public transport. I have already repeated in this same apartment and will most likely do it again.

The apartment is exactly as described - everything new and super clean. The bed is very comfortable. You feel very comfortable right away. 5 minutes walking to the beautiful beach. The only small downside: during our rental period there is only sun on the balcony from noon. Our contact Andrea was simply TOP - always available, very helpful and provided us with good suggestions in the area. A really great service - thank you very much 😀

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The space was clean, well-equipped, and had all the essentials. The location was also great, making it easy to explore the area. The host was outstanding—very polite, responsive, and quick to fix any small issues that came up. This was a fantastic location in the heart of Marbella. Right on the ocean and promenade and short walk into Marbella. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The unit is dated and ready for a refresh but value and location is excellent.

We've been to the La Radda property twice. Beautiful and well-maintained complex, elevator to the underground parking garage. Very convenient for larger purchases. The pool was very clean, there were plenty of sun loungers and the sea can be reached in 5 minutes. The apartment is comfortable for 4 adults. There are plenty of dishes, cutlery and pots to cook for yourself. There is a bit of a lack of a towel change, but there is a washing machine.

We had a very happy four day stay in September, with five of our family from Australia, Spain and UK. The property is in a quiet area with a lovely garden and large swimming pool. It is only a five minute walk from the local Aldi supermarket and the bus stop to Estepona. Various restaurants are within easy walking distance. Although we did not have a car, there was space to park outside the house. The house was really well equipped, clean and comfortable. Our only challenge was the narrow metal spiral staircase leading up to the second floor bedroom and bathroom, which required a certain agility! We would definitely stay there again.

Andrew's place was fantastic, one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many in many countries. It was spacious, well equipped with everything we needed. Excellent location, and Andrew and his support people were very responsive to our needs.We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment looked just like the photos. It was well-equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect for us. It’s a 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. The complex is well cared for with a lovely although freezing cold pool! It’s ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday. We loved our stay.

Fantastic accommodation with friendly and helpful reception staff. I highly recommend this location which is set in very scenic gardens. A few glasses of wine were enjoyed on the balcony most nights. We were all very impressed!!

Outside the high season please check if things are open, I bought this vacation as a gift for a friend but ultimately we where destined to stay in the appartement. The apartment was great! P.s. take a usb-a with music so you can put it on the sound system.

Great apartment in a lovely development. Everything was just as we would have wanted with the accommodation. Would love to have had a nicer view from the terrace!! Perfect location to get to Peurto Banus, and the beach.
