We had a fantastic stay. The house is located right on the seafront, and waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was absolutely magical. Everything was clean and well-equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The yard is great – perfect for relaxing outdoors. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive. We were truly impressed and will definitely come back!

Amazing place! So quiet with a privat beach. Vasily was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. This place is a bit far from the turistic villages but it is also part of its magic.

Excellent accommodation, conveniently located near the waterfront, giving access to all main attractions in Volos. Very clean, spacious with all amenities included. Within 3mins walk from a convenient public parking space. Would 100% recommend.

A very quiet and nice place with very responsive hosts to our requests. Although the inhabited AIRBNB description appeared to be equipped with MSR this does not exist in our cottage. This aspect was solved by the host immediately through the cleaning service of the complex where the house is located. A place to stay where it is very possible to come back.

It was a worthwhile experience! A well prepared home with everything a family might need. The pool, although small, was wonderful we wanted to swim with the small one in case it had a wave and even though we had a good sea we enjoyed the pool the same!!! Flexible check in and check out which is very positive and our managers Marina and Lazaros very helpful!!! The only drawback is that there was noise from the apartment above so that the little one could not easily sleep as there were strong footsteps and the doors otherwise we did not particularly disturb this is aimed at parents with children prone to noise! i would highly recommend it! Thank you very much!

Pilion is a very special place. The location is just stunning, the view, the nature and the olive trees around, the silence. To get to the house is so special as well, following a beautiful path, away from cars and streets. Unique!

Guntram’s house in Pelion is an absolute gem. It has been lovingly restored over 20 years with both a respect for the building’s history and a focus on creating a superb modern living space. We loved our stay.

Excellent place. Very refined decoration. Breathtaking view. Fully equipped (nothing missing)! Only downside is the very small road to access the place (but in all fairness we never had any problem!). Highly recommended! We had a wonderful time.

Delightful house surrounded by nature! Beautiful, clean, with very special decor. It combines mountain with sea. We enjoyed the tranquility and the nice aura he gave us. Mrs. Anastasia is very helpful, helpful, cheerful and is there for you for anything you need! We highly recommend it!!

The house was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed, and it was spotless upon arrival. The host was welcoming, responsive, and ensured we had a smooth experience from start to finish. The children especially loved exploring the outdoors, while the adults appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend!

Great place for a small company

We had a pleasant stay at Athanasios' place. The house is well equipped, one of the central squares of the village is a 5mn walk. And the area is beautiful. Beaches, hikes, fish at the grill...We'll be back!
