Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zagarolo

Nice accommodation for anyone wishing to visit the likes of Tivoli and Villa Adriana by car. The place is clean and well equipped for cooking. It also doesn't get too hot which is a huge plus. Susanna was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. Antonio and Loredana’s place is a clean, comfortable, and restful apartment, close to great restaurants. A short jaunt will take you to a nice beach for a relaxing dip in the Tyrrhenian Sea. It was a perfect conclusion for long holiday in Italy.

Gabriele was the perfect host, always available. The place was clean and central to everything. I highly recommend this place😆

El alojamiento está muy limpio, cama muy cómoda muy tranquilo, algo lejos de la playa , pero cercano al aeropuerto en taxi unos 12 minutos, David muy amable y servicial, buena comunicación y organización

We absolutely loved staying at Lucia’s home. It was everything we wanted. Close to all the major landmarks, beautiful home in a great neighborhood.. Lucia was an amazing host. She was full of knowledge and gave us great guidance. We will definitely come back here again.

This is a beautiful apartment in an incredibly central location - literally around the corner from Piazza di Spagna. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning and in the evening, and enjoy being in the heart of Rome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, super comfy bed !

Spacious and well equipped apartment, large private outside yard, looked just like the pictures, check in was very easy, bus stop outside front door and taxi rank a few metres away 15-20 mins walk to metro but lots to see en route (St Peter’s and/or Castel Saint Angelo) 15-20 mins walk to Trastavere

Very nice stay. Situated near metro station for easy access to main sites in Rome. We were greeted by David who guided us through the check-in with ease and clear communication. The apartment is very clean with a lot of privacy. Highly recommended we really enjoyed the stay.

We hadden een geweldig verblijf in dit appartement in Rome! Op een aantal metrostops van het centrum maar toch net buiten het centrum waardoor je tussen de gezinnen woont. Heel veel winkels en barretjes rond het appartement, waar je lekker en goedkoop kon eten. Renato is ons van de luchthaven komen ophalen en heeft ons met de wagen rond het appartement alle nodige plaatsen laten zien (metrohaltes, goede cafétjes en restaurants, supermarkten enz.). Hij was heel behulpzaam, in het appartement zijn ook plannetjes en documenten aanwezig om je eenvoudig in de buurt en in centrum Rome te bewegen. Renato stuurt ook tijdig zodat je goed weet wat te verwachten. Het appartement zelf is niet heel groot (net zoals veel appartementen in Rome vermoeden we), maar perfect van grootte voor 2 personen voor een kortverblijf. Het heeft een zeer grote slaapkamer met dubbel en enkel bed, een badkamer met douche en een woonkamer/open keuken. Ook zijn er 2 terrasjes aan het appartement en een lift.

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

Charming 2nd floor apartment in fantastically convenient location, eg., just a few minutes walk to the Colosseum. The space is cleverly arranged within what was clearly once an elegant old apartment - 3 separate, secure and private quarters with a small shared vestibule /utility. Very simply but tastefully modernised to a high standard - esp shower room & bedroom. We were very thankful to find that it did in fact have an AC unit in the bedroom (vital between May & Sept). Access to the apartment was clear & simple. The apartment exceeded our expectations & we would most definitely recommend it for two/couple of any age (esp older or less mobile as there is an old-style lift, which is useful after a long hot day walking all over Rome) who like to go out to eat. Whilst the “kitchen” has all the essentials, it’s really a large free-standing unit with an integral fridge and 2 stove electric hob, so it’s not really kitted out for cooking. Overall, it was perfect for a long weekend.

Michael was the best host. We arrived to a beautiful, very clean, large open floor plan home. It was nicely decorated, comfortable beds, many amenities available. A true home away from home. The view from the terraces was spectacular and the upstairs loft was very comfortable for my adult son to sleep. The building is very secure and a great little Irish pub next door. The coliseum was very close to walk to, and found using uber was safest and cheapest form of transportation. We had a wonderful stay with Michael and highly recommend his home to all.

Me hospedé en este apartamento durante mi visita a Roma y la experiencia fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, con todo lo que necesitas a pocos pasos: restaurantes, supermercados, transporte público y muchos puntos turísticos. El barrio es seguro, bonito y muy bien conectado. El apartamento es acogedor, limpio y muy bien equipado, ideal tanto para estancias cortas como largas. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. Destaco especialmente la atención de la anfitriona, que fue increíblemente amable, siempre disponible para ayudar y con muy buenas recomendaciones locales. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por que tu estadía sea perfecta. ¡Definitivamente volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Francescas Airbnb sehr genossen! Sie ist eine ganz fabelhafte Gastgeberin, wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen bezüglich der wunderschönen Stadt Rom an sie wenden und sie ist auf wirklich zuvorkommende Art auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich mit großem Balkon, die Dusche ist nicht allzu hoch (vielleicht 1,85m) und das Bad und die Küche sind im allgemeinen recht klein. Es fehlt aber an nichts und zum Essen gehen hat man sowieso die beste Stadt vor der Haustür. 🫶🏼 🇮🇹

Top notch apartment centrally located in Rome. Walkable to all major sights, close to great restaurants, and a grocery store. Amazing views over the ruins from the terrace. Great for people watching with coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Apartment is small, but has everything you need, and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable which was nice after several very hard Italian beds at other stays.
