Hortus House is a unique place, located in an old house with a lot of stories to tell and a magnificent garden full of stone sculptures and trees. This is the lungs of our neighborhood! Located an easy 15 min stroll from the old center of Ljubljana, where you will find peace away from the crowds. The apartment is very nice, has own entrance, privacy guarantee. The centre is 20 minutes by bus. Shop mall "BTC" is close. Free car parking. Electric Car Charger 22kW. The aptm. has one bedroom with king size bed, 2 bedrooms with bigger bed, one living room with sofa (could be stretched in two beds), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, dryer and big Teresa. FREE WiFi, free parking, CABLE TV, Grocery, bakery and Butchery is very close -cheap meat, bred products & Pizza ..etc

This apartment is even nicer in real life than it is in the pictures! It’s beautiful, and a really lovely place to call home while exploring beautiful Ljubljana. I usually sleep poorly, but had my best sleep in years in the air conditioned master bedroom! We could very easily have stayed much longer. I would highly recommend this listing.

We stayed in the apartment with our two children and felt very comfortable. The apartment is bright, cozy, very quiet. Parking is available right in front of the house, short stairs to the door. Everything was clean and pans, pots, plates, glasses, etc. Induction stove, kettle and microwave. No coffee maker and little to no spices, oil, etc. 2 double beds, one slightly narrower, both good for sleeping. In the living room there is a sofa that you could pull out to a small bed. TV and internet available. Everything worked out well with the key and payment, the landlord communicated quickly and well via WhatssApp. Glad to come back!

I stayed here for work and its convenience to get to my office when I have to be in Ljubljana. Simple, clean rooms with aircons. This time, unfortunately bathroom sink was blocked, clothes were everywhere and kitchen was full of dirty dishes. Limited parking space, but available on road parking. For the price, host were excellent and the place was just enough.
