La Casa es de 2 pisos en la que podrás ver el hermoso cielo zacatecano al subir al 2do nivel. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio, pero puedes estacionarte en la calle que es muy segura.

El depa se encuentra a una cuadra de la catedral, tiene una hermosa vista, de los balcones podrás observar el teatro calderón, la catedral entre otros, se encuentra en segundo piso, esta decorado con arte mexicano y tiene un mural pintado donde podrás encontrar los lugares representativos de zacatecas para que no dudes en visitarlos. No se permiten fiestas ! No contamos con cochera, pero afuera del del depa en la calle te puedes estacionar, es una calle muy segura y contamos con cámara.
