TERRACE: It is for the exclusive use of guests and the entry of more people or the holding of events is not permitted. PARKING: We do not have a garage, but there is space available on the public road right in front of the house. It is a safe area and is monitored with video surveillance cameras. It is worth mentioning that we have never had incidents.

Beautiful newly remodeled apartment, on the upper beach in the historic center of Zacatecas, just a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral. Located on the fourth floor without an elevator. You need to climb 40 stairs interspersed between the 3 floors. It is easily accessible, and the area is quiet and safe. Not recommended for senior citizens. Maximum occupancy 2 people. NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS
