In a green setting, my house is on the river bank. Let yourself be charmed by the songs of the birds and the calm of the place. The 25 m2 studio, in the basement and very cool in summer, is composed of a bedroom area, a kitchenette, a shower and toilet in the main room. TV present, terrace upstairs. It is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the medieval city of Chauvigny, 25 minutes from the Futuroscope, 30 minutes from Poitiers and Châtellerault, 20 minutes from Civaux and on the Scandiberian Way.

Beautiful accommodation located in a historic building (known as the "Camp of the Cloth of Gold"). You'll be captivated by its breathtaking view of the 12th-century Palace of the Dukes of Aquitaine and its view of the medieval town center. Everything you need for an ideal stay will be provided and we will be happy to accommodate your needs at any time! Please note, it is located on the 4th floor (the view and brightness come at a price...), and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Studio no. 1 quiet and bright

Studio 1 calme et fonctionnel, idéal pour les curistes, les professionnels en déplacement ou les vacanciers recherchant un séjour reposant. Petit nid douillet avec vue sur la vallée, situé dans la cité médiévale à 5 min à pied du centre-ville et 15 min à pied ou 4 min en voiture des Thermes. Le studio est particulièrement apprécié par les curistes pour son calme. Il permet de se reposer pleinement entre les soins et de vivre le séjour en toute autonomie. Logement non adapté au fêtes.

Come and discover this peaceful accommodation, in the historic center. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a small quiet street between the river and the city center. You will have a parking space, a spacious living room with sofa bed, TV, kitchen. In the other room, a bedroom with a double bed of 140. A laundry room to do your laundry, store your suitcases and other items. There is also a bathroom with shower and sink. Linens are offered at an additional cost.

Notre appartement se situe au rez de chaussée d'un ancien moulin, situé au bord de la rivière. Le hameau est à 2 km à Châtellerault Sud, sortie autoroute, juste avant le Futuroscope. C'est un endroit très calme, entouré de verdure et situé en bordure de rivière. Le département de la Vienne est riche de sites touristiques. L'appartement est chaleureux et refait entièrement avec jolies prestations. Les propriétaires seront présents pour accueillir les hôtes.
