Vous serez séduits par sa grande pièce de vie au rdc avec un espace lecture/dessins et jeux pour petits et grands. A l'étage, 3 grandes chambres équipées de lits 160*200 dont 1 avec lit bébé. Un canapé convertible permet le couchage de 2 personnes supplémentaires. La cuisine ouverte sur le séjour est entièrement équipée, 2 salles de bain avec douches à l'italienne.

Brand new studio created in an old carpenter's workshop at the end of a quiet and relaxing cul-de-sac overlooking the vegetable gardens. The studio is composed of an entrance on the ground floor and the accommodation on the 1st floor. It is fully equipped. You will find basic food as well as bicycles allowing you to access the surroundings The studio is a 5-minute bike ride from the lake, a 7-minute walk from a supermarket and the village center ski resorts just 30 minutes away

In winter, the family resort of HIRMENTAZ is 40 minutes away and AVORIAZ is 1 hour away.

Single-story 50 m2 accommodation for 1–4 people, with private unfenced garden, located in Filly, (Sciez Haute-Savoie), in the heart of Chablais, close to Lake Geneva and the Alps, in a Provençal farmhouse-style house. Warning: electric car charging not possible. We provide bed linens and towels. We kindly ask guests who come in pairs to let us know if they need two beds. Without specification we will prepare the double bed in the bedroom.
