Great location, perfectly placed to walk into the town, or equally choose from the A or D bus routes. with stops nearr by. Great communication from host, always responsive and proactive when needed. We felt apt. had plenty of space for 3 adults and 1 child. Would stay again.

Had a great stay, was easy to find and check in. For us the location was perfect, with an amazing view. For us as hikers we loved the area.

One of the nicest AirBnBs I’ve stayed in. Brilliantly designed apartment with everything we needed for a weekend ski trip. The drop down bed was extremely comfortable and very easy to lower and raise. The kitchen was very well equipped. The balcony was nice to enjoy sun and the whole apartment was toasty warm. Add to that a very helpful and flexible host and it was everything we wanted from our trip. Excellent.

The apartment is beautiful and very well appointed. We enjoyed the high rooms and windows overlooking the river very much. The kitchen is large and you can find everything you need. The whole apartment is very stylish. The location is perfect, the city center and the citadel are within walking distance. A highlight for us, the small space was right at your doorstep. The locals play Betonque, it has a hearty pizzeria, a bar and a little supermarket. We highly recommend this apartment and would be happy to come back!

Worked well for us as 2 families staying together. Fabulous balcony, great views ( and a ski race to watch mid stay) comfy seating and beds. Open plan , light and airy with the eaves . Very well equipped kitchen, compact but suited us and we did lots of cooking. 15 minutes and we were in town and ready to ski but a super little shop and a bar 5 minutes away in the other direction. Thank you for a fab stay

We had a great stay for Easter, the house at the top, the super large rooms, the bedding at the top, we slept well, clean and tidy house, full of games and the foosball that was well appreciated. Not disappointed at all, thank you very much and happy hosting! Pauline.

Very spacious and comfortable, in an excellent position in the beautiful old town, on the lake. Ivan was a wonderful host, very accommodating and helpful with suggestions. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

You can go with your eyes closed to Sarah and Gazi because their house is great! Between colleagues we had a great time because the house is very nice, large and very well-equipped. Great place with a fantastic view of the lake! I found everything to be as described with the sauna being an obvious highlight. Due to the house being located at a cul-de-sac, it feels very private (except for the odd rando intrigued by the view or the owner's sister collecting some furniture on Easter weekend). The autobahn is nearby, but its sound doesn't overwhelm that of the cow bells, so no big deal.

Ghislaine was very accommodating, particularly as the booking was so last minute. The cosy and characterful apartment was very convenient for reaching the restaurants and amenities of Morzine and also getting outwards Avoriaz for higher altitude skiing, with the bus stopping outside the apartment block. I imagine it is also a great place to stay for the summer with the proximity to the beautiful mountains and all they can offer. Thanks for sharing your apartment!

We had a lovely stay, the view from the balcony is very nice with the sun at the end of the day.

Very clean accommodation and fully functional. On the 6th floor with elevator with easy to find parking nearby. Ability to unload your belongings from the car, at the foot of the building. +++

Very nice apartment, well arranged and bright. Close to all amenities. Shuttles and slopes at the foot of the apartment. Ski lockers and parking are a real plus. Fanny is welcoming, and very responsive.

Like our previous stays at Giovanni's, our stay was perfect and very pleasant. The apartment is modern and well located in a quiet area and a short walk to the lake. We'll be happy to go back soon.
