This is an incredibly cozy house with an area where everything slopes towards relaxation. We didn't find anything similar in Odessa among everything that is offered for daily rent. The owners are very nice and interesting people, and they put a lot of soul into this object, so there is a feeling that you are not just somewhere in a hotel, but as if you were visiting friends. Fontanka is a quiet and peaceful part of Odessa, from where you can easily get to the city center by car within 30 minutes. The location is convenient for any needs and desires. We will definitely come again.

Probably the best apartment I've rented out. Tidy, spacious, delicious smells, all amenities, lovely view, lovely owner. Costs cheaper at 2 times than it has ;) I recommend to everyone. Thank you so much!

It was very nice to stay in this apartment,friendly hostess Alla, went to a meeting with late check-in and met us)The apartment is very cozy, bright, clean, the territory is private, the courtyard is quiet, within walking distance of the sea, a park,children's playgrounds, many cafes and restaurants for every taste, a large supermarket nearby. The location of the house is just TOP!

Very beautiful view from the window, convenient conditions and a safe place to live The person responded quickly to questions and helped with check-in It's ok to leave things in the pantry upon departure. Would recommend and would definitely come back here 🩷
