It’s just 5 minutes to the hospital and close to 4th Ave and Ave "A". Short-term or long-term stays are always welcome! Located in a residential neighborhood with a parking space inside the property. We allow 1 pet (dog) under 40 lbs only. Currently, we are not accepting bookings with CATS. Pet fees and restrictions apply.

There is no smoking allowed on the property. *Absolutely ONLY two people to spend the night. No smoking, no pets, no children. *Hosts have been vaccinated for Covid-19.

Our Southwestern-styled guesthouse is a private studio apartment complete with a kitchen and bathroom. We have a comfortable queen-sized bed. Our quiet guesthouse has great access to the interstate and is an easy five minute drive from most Yuma attractions (the Colorado river, quaint coffee shops, shopping, great restaurants, and movie theater in Old Town Yuma) The tile floor and fenced in backyard make it an ideal spot for those traveling with pets.

The accommodation has a queen size bed, a full bathroom with towels, a closet, microwave, dishes, coffee maker, glasses and cups. We'll give you all the details about accessing the house the day before you arrive. Check-in from 4:00 pm and check-out 11:00 am.
