Nos gustó mucho el lugar, se encuentra muy limpio y una muy buena ubicación siempre en calles concurridas 10 min caminando a quinta avenida. El alojamiento nos dio todo lo de la descripción y siempre estuvieron muy atentos con excelente comunicación. Muchas gracias!

We stayed at Ele’s bnb for 10 days in June and we were so glad we picked this bnb. The unit is at such a perfect location and the Sotavento building/complex is great. We normally hang out at Garrafon de Castillo and have always wanted to stay at Sotavento. Finally booked a unit and it was well worth it. The grounds are immaculate, pool was perfect, the parking was convenient in front and down in the parking garage. The views are unbelievable and after staying at multiple units and hotels on the island we will most definitely book this unit again. Several food and convenience store options with in walking distance. The whole building unit is right off the road but the fence and layout of the building was able to mask the keep the vehicle noise down. The gate at the front entrance and the underground parking garage made the place feel very secure. There’s a bathroom down the staircase to the garage and very convenient if you’re out in the pool or hanging outside of the bnb. Great bnb!

Jose was extremely responsive to any hiccups we had. Overall the stay was great, it was perfect for my family. Quiet and peaceful and the Tao Community is just beautiful! Can't wait to go back!

Daria tuvo una atención increíble desde el momento de la reservación, en donde contestó a todas mis dudas. Estuvo muy al pendiente durante toda la estancia y siempre estuvo atenta a contestar mis solicitudes. El estudio es increible, y el lugar es maravilloso. un lugar tranquilo, con acceso al wellness center y el gimnasio los cuales están increibles y con muchas clases.y aparatos. La playa también está muy cerca ya sea caminando (media hora) o 15 minutos en el carrito que te lleva de forma gratuita. Hay un mini super a 10 minutos caminando y los paisajes son muy lindos en general!. Seguramente volveré! Muy cerca de Tulum, Cenotes, Akumal y ruinas Mayas.

Anfitrión accesible en todos los aspectos.. Y en cuanto al inmueble el mejor costo-beneficio de la zona.

La ubicación fue perfecta. Gustavo y Rebeca fueron muy amables con nosotros. Estamos muy contentos con nuestras vacaciones.

El apartamento está muy bueno, bien ambientado, nuevo y limpio. La cama es muy grande y cómoda, la ducha es muy buena. El personal es muuuy bueno!! Nos sentimos muy cómodos y seguros. Además, fuimos con un bebé y nos pusieron una cuna con sábanas en muy buenas condiciones y no tuvimos que pagar extra. Nos sorprendió que el baño tiene una linda cortina es vez de puerta, pero no se ve nada, está muy bien diseñado. Para los que NO pueden subir escaleras, no lo recomiendo porque hay que subir escaleras si o sí. Nosotros nos quedamos en el primer nivel así que solo tuvimos que subir un solo tramo de escalera que es muuuuy ancha. O sea nosotros, aunque tuvimos que subir el cochecito del bebé y las maletas por escalera, volveríamos a quedarnos ahí.

Beautiful apartment at a beautiful location. Carmen was proactive with her communication providing clear instructions and tips and she was also very responsive if I had any queries.

Airbnb impeccable, parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons passé une semaine des plus reposantes grâce au confort du logement, sans oublier la superbe piscine sur le balcon, idéale pour se rafraîchir à tout moment. Bien que le logement soit un peu excentré si vous n’êtes pas véhiculé, les vélos mis à disposition sont un vrai plus : ils nous ont permis de nous déplacer facilement et de profiter pleinement du séjour. La sécurité est également au rendez-vous. Je recommande vivement cette location !

The property is absolutely beautiful. The design of the condo’s promotes a social vibe. I loved how our patio opened up to a pool. One of the coolest designed condos I have ever stayed at.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed Diana’s place. Looked just like the photos and had everything we needed. Was a bit smaller than I expected but still very livable. Great location, very close to many restaurants and the beach. The property was pretty busy while we were there with lots of people coming and going. Gym and pool can get better busy.

I loved this place and will definitely stay here again when back in Cozumel! Great space with everything you could need including a large jug of purified water. Great location walking distance to downtown and ample street parking if you rent a vehicle. Very cozy space, quiet area. Truly loved it!

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

I've stayed at one of Israel's places several times now and they are consistently good. No complaints at all.

This Airbnb was clean, convenient, private and quiet. It was convenient and close to the ferry , had the R6 bus right outside for easy access to head downtown or head to the beaches. Juan was very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations of restaurants ,local markets, and attractions nearby. Can’t wait to come back. Ten stars
