Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Here you wake up to birdsong, eat breakfast on one of the terraces or bring the breakfast tray to the garden. Perhaps you will take a morning walk together around Vimmersjön, a 4.5 km round in an idyllic rural setting. If you are interested in disc golf, this accommodation is ideal as the course is only 5 minutes away by car. During the month of December, the house is decorated for Christmas and is waiting to welcome you for a cozy winter stay during the Christmas season.

Smarter home than hotel rooms! Here you have several facilities for a pleasant stay. Located a couple of minutes from downtown and with good bus connections, while also having nature as a neighbor. We provide towels and bed set upon arrival and clean after each stay. Modern and functional overnight room with private entrance and private shower room with toilet. Decorated with family bunk bed with up to 3 sleeping places. Kitchenette with oven, stove and fridge. Furnished outdoor area. Parking is included.

Bo på landet men med ett stenkast från centrum. 25 minuter från Göteborg! Vakna upp med morgonsolen, ta en kaffe på altanen och njut av fåglarnas kvitter. Ta en tur i skogen som är berikad med bär, svamp och mysiga stigar. Avnjut middag i solnedgången! Möjlighet att ladda elbil över natten till en kostnad på 100 SEK

The owner is creating a permaculture garden which is flooded with flowers, bushes and several nice areas to sit in, enjoying the peace and beauty of the surroundings. As soon as you enter the property you realise how relaxing nature can be. The barn holds a large kitchen. The main house, 10 meters walk away, gives access to shower and wc.

Welcome to the homey cottage located in the middle of our smallholding. The landscape is rural and serene, yet Gothenburg is only twenty minutes away by bus from Eriksdal. While staying, you have the forest close, offering charming paths in a nature reserve, or longer hiking's along Bohusleden. Enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening at the patio. However, take to heart the gentle neighs from horses, mischievous sheeps and our kids playing with the dog!
