Apartment holiday rentals in Ysyk-Ata

The apartment is very nice and spacious. The windows are well placed to allow plenty of natural light and fresh air with cross breezes. Being at the rear of the building, this relatively quiet apartment is very nicely decorated. I really like the character of the furnishings and the mix of mid century modern and traditional. All the furniture is comfortable including the bed. Heat and AC both work well, depending on your season. I have stayed in this apartment before and decided to come back because it is so nice. Karina, the owner, is very nice, always quick to respond and very helpful if the need arises.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay, and Varvara was an amazing and very helpful host! The apartment is designed with a lot of love and attention to detail and superclean, and it has great views of the mountains. Absolutely recommended!

I liked the apartment, the upper floor, everything inside is very thoughtful and cozy. Cons: periodic problems with water (the house has just been built) - it seems to be a temporary problem. And, next to the school - there may be noisy events. In all other respects, it is an excellent option for your money. The view from the window is also beautiful. Definitely recommend it!

Everything was great! The house was exactly as advertised, even more beautiful. The cleanliness was excellent, the location was very central and everything that could be needed in the house was considered. The host was very attentive and helpful, our communication was very quick and smooth. We had no problems during our stay, we felt at home. Would recommend with peace of mind, can't wait to come back!

It was a nice and clean apartment

The apartment is located in the city centre of Bishkek. The facility is new and the apartment is well equipped. The check-in time was flexible and I appreciated it a lot. I would gladly stay in this apparent again.

This place had only 1 guest review when I booked, so I was kind of nervous. My partner and I stayed here for 3 weeks, and it turned out to be one of the best Airbnb's in Bishkek. The view towards the city is absolutely incredible, seeing Manas statue and Kyrgyz National Bank from the 8th floor. We even got to see the whole drone show on their celebration day on May 9th. Everything's provided in the apt and furniture is new. Bathroom is comfortable, everything is super clean. Narodniy market is 10 mins wallk distance. The only issue I had in the apt was the chair. I work on my laptop from home, so I spent hours on a very uncomfortable chair that still hurts my back. Maybe I should've asked the host for a replacement. Anyway, the host is very friendly, very responsive to messages. We accidentally took their iron hangers thinking it's ours. We gave it back at the checkout, but I'm still ashamed of that. All in all, this is a top-level Airbnb experience, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Maksat's place was wonderful. The kitchen area is fantastic, and the apartment itself was clean, well-furnished and very comfortable. The location is great, and Maksat (and his brothers) are responsive, friendly, and welcoming.

Great appartment to stay

I give 5 stars in advance, since the apartment is cozy and has prospects. At the time of our stay, there was no fast internet connection yet, there was only a 5G modem with the appropriate speed. Slightly unfinished repairs in places (wires stick out), but this did not interfere with the stay and comfort. There were a bit of a lack of dishes (mugs, plates), but I think they will fix it. Also keep in mind that I do not deliver food to the area so far, but it delivers Glovo. You can get to the city center by taxi in about 30 minutes. The area is actively being built up, but there was no noise in the apartment.

One of the best host “Nuraiym”. She has a beautiful home which she shared with us. It had been a memorable vacation for us of which of the comfortable memories we found at Nuraiym’s home. Thank you very much Nuraiym.

I had a lovely stay in this apartment The local cafes nearby were fantastic! The apartment was clean and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for my remote work. The host was responsive and made the stay easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place in South Bishkek.

Great, clean flat. Prime location for convenience of shops, cafes, etc. Also offered 24 hour security which really gave us a peace of mind. Would defintiely stay again. The only thing that would have made it perfect if bottled water was available.
