The house is fully equipped and is of course child-friendly. Elverdinge is located between Ypres and Poperinge where in Ypres, also called the Warcity, you can visit various monuments or take a nice walk around the town. The Sint Sixtus Abbey of West Vleteren is also definitely a must see!

Cottage and meadow

It's a very quiet place, close to nature, in the middle of the "Monts des Flandres". Rest, hiking or sightseeing: everyone will find it's own. Near Belgium: Ypres (WW1 commemorations) at 30 min. The house is in the heart of nature: in the middle of a meadow, close to tall trees and a water point. A peaceful, relaxing place. An ideal base for hikes or to more touristic sites. On request, breakfast: 13 euros/person.

You are independent: the fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and lounge, TV, stereo and office area which is extended by a balcony with table and chairs. De Speute is a beautiful ground floor bright apartment, integrated into our detached house in Watou (Poperinge). There is a large garden where you can spend many hours and enjoy the view of the beautiful (fenced) pond and the adjacent fields. Located along the bicycle junction network.
