Monthly Rentals in Yonkers

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Joanna! She was lovely and incredibly sweet and helpful as I bumbled my way to arrive, much later than planned. Was very open and giving offering me free use of the kitchen, its contents and offering rides to and from the train station. Also appreciated getting to snuggle an adorable feline friend.

I loved my stay at Yulia’s. I had a very late check in and she was more than happy to accommodate. The room was as described , cozy, warm(because it’s winter), comfortable and clean. Kinda has a home feel to it idk how to explain lol but it did not feel like a typical hotel bnb stay(which is a great thing) Will definitely be staying here again.

Lovely location, quiet and easy to get to the city. Clean and nice overall with a very responsive host. Street parking was mostly ok, and it was nice to have laundry in building. Overall it was a really great experience.

I enjoyed my stay here! Pat is such a beautiful soul. Peaceful, very gracious, she even fed me a meal. I would most definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you so much Pat!
