Monthly Rentals in Yona

The place was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was a comfortable, clean place to stay and Jake was quick to respond to any messages I sent. I liked the decor, the furniture and beds were comfortable and all the amenities were there, as described. The beach and stores were walkable and we felt right at home. After reading other reviews, yes there’s 3 flights of stairs, but I welcomed the exercise after all the eating we did and you don’t need much hot water for shower in Guam. All 5 of us took showers in a row at the temp we wanted with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice place, looked like the pictures. Everything was clean and tidy. All the amenities listed were included. The building is old and there is some wear and tear but nothing that makes it unsafe/unusable. Dina and Jack (property manager?) were very quick and responsive to any questions I had concerning my stay. There’s a small supermarket right next door if you forgot to bring something which was very convenient. Overall, very pleased with my stay.

Thank you very much for accommodating. Made it very easy for my children and I to stay there. The house was perfect.
