Sasadara Villa in Jogja is an excellent and worthwhile place to stay. The villa is exceptionally clean and has a pleasant fragrance. It offers complete amenities, making it a comfortable choice. I can call this house as a hidden gem for one big family holiday : 4 rooms and a private pool.. This was my second time staying at this beautiful house, and it was just as amazing as I remembered! The pool is a definite highlight—perfect for the kids to enjoy—and the overall ambience is so warm and relaxing. ❤️ The design of the house is thoughtful and unique, beautifully reflecting the heritage of Jogja. It really adds a special charm to the whole experience. A big thank you to the owner and staff for their excellent hospitality and smooth communication. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Looking forward to coming back again!

Great place to stay with an unusual indoor / outdoor setup. It was wonderful to dip in the pool after a hot day. Breakfast was delicious. Very kind and helpful staff. Only downside is if it rains, there is no shelter as you unlock the door, so you get soaked.

Sifa’s house was a wonderful place to stay during my recent trip to Yogyakarta. It is easy to find, spacious, and is like described on Airbnb. I highly recommend Sifa’s home stay to anyone seeking a nice place to stay while visiting Yogyakarta!

Pak Dhani is an excellent host! He’s very responsive and had kindly provided a fan straightaway when I requested for one for the lounge. He even delivered our belongings which were accidentally left in the villa. We have no complains at all. The facilities are all in a good condition, especially the swimming pool which we all very much enjoyed. We felt at home and will stay there again when we visit Jogja. Thank you pak Dhani 🙏

We stayed 5 nights at Oemah Larasati. From the beginning, the host had always been responsive. We requested for a day extension of our stay & very early morning luggages drop. And all went smoothly. The villa located near Gudeg Sagan. Many small shops around for some groceries. Enough parking lot for medium travel vehicle like Hi-Ace. The rooms, the beds & linens, air cons, TV, bathrooms, kitchen, the pool, all met our needs. Mas Tanto had been very very helpful with all our requests. We moved a lot around Jogja with our big teenagers team. After a long fun day, we went back to Oemah Larasati, the boys made quite some noise before some rest, yet it all went well 😆 So, thank you so much Oemah Larasati! Best wishes from us & hope we can come back to stay in Oemah Larasati again in our next trip to Jogja 🎉

W had a wonderful time at Ana's place. We went as a family, 6 adults and one 4 years old toddler. Felt like at home because the house has a super familiar vine. The pool was a key to be able to relax and disconnect durning our time there. I specially loved the efficiency of design of the house. It could perfectly feed up to 9 adults. We were grateful as well after seeing that they included some free goodies in the kitchen. Finally, it was great that our host was warm and supper flexible both at our arrival and leaving times. 5 stars, and definitely would repeat and recommend.

Reza's house is a nice place to live, spacious house near laundry service and minimarket. Ten people can fit the place. There are three bathrooms: Two inside the bedrooms and one outside. There's a bedroom on the 2nd floor but the stairs are a bit narrow so you have to be careful. We were given complimentary foods, and also provided water gallon... Thank you so much. Reza was also pretty responsive in answering our questions. Overall, thank you so much Reza, I'll definitely recommend your place to others.

Denta’s place was perfect. It was just the respite we needed after being a tourist in Yogya. Location was great. House was spacious. A/C worked very well. She and her team were very responsive to our questions. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Miss Salma place is very nice, i stayed with my family for 2 days and we all like to stayed there. i will defendently recommed this place and if i come to jogja i will book this place again

I stay here for 2 days and everything was meet my expectation, host was very helpful, very homey, hot water sometimes on and off. Cleanliness can be improve. Location is not too crowded and not far from tourist area. Pricewise is worth it. If there is a karaoke and smart tv this would be complete package.

very comfortable to stay at Dewi Guest house, the location is also strategic, the homeowner is very responsive, the house is clean, the sheets & blankets are very fragrant, the air conditioning is also cold, finding food is easy, if you have a chance you want to stay at Dewi Guest house again the shortcomings are only in amenities, such as sugar, tea, coffee that is not there, hehehe

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The house was exceptionally clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. It was perfect for my family—my elderly parents were comfortable, and my kids had a blast playing congklak and badminton in the side yard. The host, Dian, was very accommodating. The WiFi was fast, which was great👍 Overall, it provided the perfect environment for relaxation and family bonding. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Yogyakarta. Highly recommend this place!

Thank you rown homestay for giving the best when there.. at the beginning we were hesitant when we saw the reviews there were animals and the house was not clean .. when we came to the house was not clean.. when we came the house was clean there were no animals .. the position of the house was in a residential area in the middle of the city close to tugu and downtown .. I would recommend and come back when in jogja .. thank you for providing the best memories when we were in jogja

I stayed in this lovely wooden house and really felt at home. It’s beautifully designed with great attention to detail and has a cozy, welcoming vibe. The outdoor area is peaceful and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal at the table outside. I even received a little gift, which made me feel very welcome. I ended up extending my stay twice, which says a lot. There are a few things to note: the parking gate cannot be locked, and there was a strong smell in the bathroom during my stay. As mentioned in other reviews, it can get really loud at times, earplugs were provided. One small thing to be aware of: there’s no hairdryer. Overall, it’s a lovely space with great energy, perfect for those who don’t mind some noise and want to stay in a warm, well-cared-for environment.

I really pleased with the accommodation and the place is walking distance within Malioboro, Pasar Ngasem and Taman Sari.

It’s a short drive to these landmarks, making it convenient for travelers who want to explore the city. However, the entrance road is quite narrow, which might be challenging if you’re driving a large vehicle. Motorbikes and smaller cars can pass through without much trouble, but those with larger vehicles may need to be extra careful. For the rooms.. it's clean, cozy, and well-maintained. While not luxurious, they offer everything needed for a comfortable stay. We love the dining area and living room area, pretty comfortable for groups!
