Talvella pääset hiihtämään suoraan mökin ovelta ja laskettelemaan skibussilla, jonka pysäkki on 500m päässä. Kesällä pääset nauttimaan uimisesta, veneilystä ja kalastuksesta 100m päässä olevalle Syvärijärvelle, josta löytyy vene joka on käytettävissäsi. Mikäli intohimonasi on golf, niin Tahkon uusi golfkenttä on vain 1km:n päässä.

Kohde ei ole luxus mutta tässä talossa on jotain erittäin ainutlaatuista. Tallossa on pieni sisäsuihku ja vessa. Järven läheisyydestä löytyy pieni rantasauna. Huomioithan että rinne rantaan on melko jyrkkä.
