This brand new stone house manages to blend a mix of traditional and neoclassic styles into the perfect vacation "maison".Its open space layout is ideal for families while its size alone makes sure that you will feel spoiled.On a total of 165 m2 there are 2 very spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the top floor and an open plan full kitchen, dining room,living room,office space and bathroom on the ground floor. It is possible to rent it together with a separate cottage for 2 extra people

Gaios Harbor Overview

Gaios harbour overview is a private house on the hill above gaios and it’s very close to the center. Within less than 10 min walking to the square, using a path and minutes by car. Private parking, outdoor jacuzzi (2,50 x 1,50 x 0,80), garden, wonderful view terrace and a small cottage with bbq,w.c. and a shower. The house is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. There are two bedrooms with air conditioning , one kitchen room, one bathroom, a living room and a dining room..

Villa Callista is a beautiful old two-story stone mansion of 131 sq.m. built 200 years ago on the top of a hill in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It was the residence of the local Lord. It is the first in the row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista , Rasalu house and Neradu house and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It has been completely renovated with the aim of keeping it as it was 200 years ago.
