The area around the building has an emart supermarket and restaurants. The building itself had a CU and some eateries too. I stayed with my daughter for two weeks. First of all, the location and transportation are really good. 1 minute walk from the train. 20 minutes to Gangnam! They also set the airport bus right in front of you. There are many convenience stores, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. The officetel is neat and cute. The bed is comfortable. I didn't eat in the kitchen, but there are all the necessary utensils, and the Nespresso and electric kettle are very useful. Laundry You used the drying rack, hair dryer, etc. all useful. Wow, I've used Airbnb a lot, but it's really here. It was a satisfactory accommodation. It was neat and spacious, and the bed was so fluffy. The water in the bathroom came out well, and the water pressure was good. What was really, really nice was the bedding, but it was heavy, smelly, and big... I really wanted to ask where the mattress was from. It was enough that I wanted to steal it from the bedding and the whole mattress to the house lol And the refrigerator was very awesome, so it worked well. I put the lukewarm soju in the freezer for a while, but it became a slush. It was a great place to stay If I have to go to Anyang, I'll definitely book here again next time.

The accommodation is a location, so it's close to anywhere in the hot place. It was so nice that parking was available, and there were 3 rooms, so it was very comfortable to sleep away from my boyfriend. The other place was an induction stove, so I didn't like the fire, but the stove was really nice and everything was perfect.

The accommodation was chosen because there were many people visiting and there were many beds. There were plenty of places to lie down on the couch as well as the bed. The accommodation was on the side of the road, so it was easy to find, and I thought it would be safe at night. It was great to go out to Hwaseong Haenggung with my family. The view to the World Cup Stadium is good, and there are many things to do in or around the accommodation ~ ^ ^ It was 99.9 percent perfect, but if there was a rice cooker, it would have been 100 percent perfect ~ ^ ^ If you don't plan to make rice, I highly recommend it ~ ^ ^ (There is a nearby supermarket and a microwave, so you can eat instantly, and there is a toaster and a coffee machine, so it will depend on the menu ^ ^)

The place is really nice, it is small but comfortable. The bus, mart, cafes and convenience store is really easy to access by foot. The SNU shuttle bus is also accessible after about 10 mins walking down the hill. The heater works well during winter and the air conditioning is great during summer. The bathroom is clean and there is a small window which is really nice. I stayed for almost 5 month and had a really great stay! Helena is such a great host too! My room does not have the microwave at first so i asked her and she prepared it for me right away and she also checked up on me most of the time asking me if i needed something during my stay.

I have stayed with this host at many locations it’s always an easy and comfortable stay. Will forever come back to stay with them :)
