Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Suwon-si

It was the best accommodation. The subway station is close and there are many shopping malls nearby. The view is very beautiful because the number of floors is high.

I stayed at this Airbnb from May 22 to May 31 and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It had all the essential items needed for a comfortable stay, cutlery, pots and pans, cups, plates, glasses, a television, washer, and dryer. Everything was thoughtfully provided. The location is super convenient, with Galleria Mall, Lotte Mall, and Elport Mall all nearby. There are also plenty of cafés and great food options in the area, which made exploring the neighborhood even more enjoyable. We even saw a beautiful drone show over Gwanggyo Lake and watched it through our room window, just so breathtaking! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, she truly went out of her way to assist us and always responded to messages very quickly. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay!

Great customer service. They responded within seconds to any questions we had. The photos are accurate. Seems like a new property. The air conditioning is fantastic. This is the first place where we stayed and the floor was heated. Many restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores by. Two 7-11’s within a 2 minute walk. This property is well worth the stay.

Kelly’s place is located at the centre of the prime location. Cozy interior and useful amenities were provided with a ready-to-guideline at the premise. Kelly also offered a luggage storage after check-out time for me to still look around the area without hustles. Thanks!

Five minute walk to subway station which is key. Clean accommodations with strong AC. Accidentally turned the heat on and noted that works well too—floors get heated which must be so nice in winter. Provided towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, umbrellas. Appreciated two full length mirrors. Bryan was responsive to all our questions. For any couple looking to stay in Gangnam, awesome place!

All the necessary items were prepared, and the accommodation was very satisfactory because it had a cold and hot water purifier and a bidet. The host was very friendly and responsive, so it was more convenient to use the accommodation. The location of the accommodation was good, so it was convenient to use the nearby attractions on foot, and it was fun because there were many cafes and restaurants. It was very quiet at night. I was happy that the overnight stay was better than I expected.

It is quiet because it is located in Pyeong-dong, under Time Villas in Suwon Station. It seemed like the first floor was operated separately as a car center, so it was okay not to be too careful. I really liked the condition of the accommodation. The path up to the second floor was well decorated from the outside, and the inside of the accommodation was more spacious and pleasant than expected, and the furniture and components were well equipped. It was very well organized and the cleaning was done neatly, so I was very satisfied during my stay. In addition, there were all the items necessary to create a good atmosphere, such as Bluetooth speakers, TVs, and other lighting, so I was able to stay comfortably. Since there are 4 beds, I thought it was appropriate for 4-8 people, and I was actually satisfied with 8 people, and the price was also cheap.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted at the bus station and given a thorough tour of both the property and the neighborhood. The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved exploring the area and discovered plenty of excellent dining options nearby. Overall, wonderful experience. I can definitely recommend Luciano and her property. It was the same as the photos, and it was a place where you could tell that a lot of attention was paid to the interior. The living room, kitchen, bedroom, and beam projector room are each separated, so it's great to spend time with your group separately. It was especially nice to be able to watch the movie by gathering in the space where the beam was installed! There is also a washing machine, so it seems very useful if you are staying for more than one night. I want to use it again when I come to Suwon next time!

Close to Osan main gate. Everything was great! Beware if you are a light sleeper as the sound from passing cars and street noise was an adjustment. other than that, great stay.

It was reasonably quiet because it was far from the downtown area, but it was convenient enough to walk around, and the subway station and bus stop were close. The accommodation was also very tidy, and there were many cooking utensils and seasonings in the kitchen, so it was good for cooking.

I had an amazing stay at Ady’s place in Seoul! The location was fantastic—just a short 6-minute walk from Seoul National University subway station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood was quiet yet well-connected, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. But more than anything, the highlight of my experience was Ady. From the moment I arrived, Ady was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed—like leaving my baggage with her while gone to Busan for a short trip. Staying here made my time in Seoul even more special, and I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a great stay with a fantastic host, this is the place to be. It's easy to stay and the surroundings are very good

Four families stayed with babies and dogs! The host was very! He was kind and responded right away, so I made a good reservation without any difficulties ~ The condition of the accommodation was really... completely clean beyond the cleanliness! The room was cozy ~ The bathroom was clean, so it was really nice! Parking is also available right in the building without having to wander, so I've used the parking lot comfortably without stress! There is also a dog walk park nearby, and it was in a location where you can quickly go 5 minutes by car, such as a convenience store right below, a traders, and a seafood market nearby. If you have another Suwon schedule next time, the revisit rate is 1000%!
