Hi, this is "So-Ann" at my place. It is prepared for those who want to rest while listening to birdsong in a quiet space. Transportation is very convenient. This accommodation cares about safety and cleanliness. Couldn't be more perfect as a hotel in an old villa. Please stop by if you don't mind. I will try my best to come and have a good rest. After leaving the condominium, there is a river and a walkway within a minute. There is a 30-second bus stop on foot and a convenience store/5-minute grocery store on foot. You can take a city bus to Jungang Market, Chodang, and Anmok Beach. Myeongju-dong (Cafe Street) is a 10-minute walk away. Hoengseong, Gangwon Province's famous resort Wellihili Park is the perfect resort for summer time and skiing & snowboarding in the summer. The condo on the 12th floor of the main house looking at the slope is one large bedroom and living room, two small ondol rooms and two toilets in the living room. Unlike other rooms, it has a new bed, a couch, and a remodeled kitchen. The ski slopes can be reached by elevator, and the water park can be reached in 3 minutes on foot.
