It's located close to Heiri Art Village's Bone Kalguksu Premium Outlet. You can have a romantic rooftop living. As the review says, the roof is a little low, so it's a little difficult to use the bathroom, but the special experience of traveling can be +1. And the breakfast was very delicious.

I visited as a couple, and I had a really comfortable stay. The host was on the first floor, so it was very convenient to communicate right away when I had any questions. The accommodation was very tidy overall, and the kitchen was really well equipped with basic fixtures, so we brought disposable items separately, but it was actually enough not to bring them. There was a forest nearby, so the air was clean and the atmosphere was really nice, but there were some bugs at night. There was a mosquito repellent indoors, but it was a smoky type, so it was difficult to use in the room, so I think it would be better to take something like an electronic mosquito repellent without smoke. The barbecue was reasonably priced, and the weather was nice, so we were able to enjoy dinner in the yard. Above all, each room of the accommodation was separate, so we were able to sleep comfortably, and the large room was spacious, so it was nice for our group of 8 to gather and play together. We laughed and talked together, and it was so nice to be able to rest in our own rooms. I would like to use it again next time because it was a highly satisfactory accommodation.

It was nice to stay comfortably with friends. He also kindly guided us through parking and inquiries. It's a pity I couldn't use the rooftop terrace because it was raining ~

This was my first stay in this particular apartment after a number of stays in a larger apartment upstairs in the same building. I found this apartment to be perfect for this trip as I was traveling alone and staying for a month therefore had more luggage than I would on a shorter trip. The apartment is very private, clean and well appointed. I love that you can sit at the table with the backdoor out onto a small balcony open and have a lovely view of the tree that grows outside without anyone being able to look in. This neighbourhood is very handy to public transport and to Mt Ansan if you like hiking. There is also a fabulous traditional market a very short walk away that rarely sees many tourists. There are many local restaurants and cafes but the accommodation is peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise. The host family who look after these apartments are very kind and generous and I look forward to seeing them again on my next trip.

The accommodation had a much better atmosphere than what I saw in the photos ~ ~ ~ It was so nice. The cleanliness was so good, and I thought you paid close attention to each of the props. It was an accommodation where you could see the host's sense. I loved the sound of the valley in the accommodation, and the sound of birds in the mountains was so healing. The host also provided lettuce that you cultivated yourself, so I was able to eat it while barbecuing. There is also a separate karaoke area next to the accommodation, so it was really nice to be able to use it after the barbecue. The temperature rose to 28 degrees that day, so I prepared my clothes lightly, but it was a little chilly because it was near the mountain. The host provided me with a kernel in case it was cold, but thanks to that, I enjoyed the fire pit warmly and in a good atmosphere. I enjoyed all the outdoor activities outside and came into the loess room in the accommodation and fell asleep while enjoying a movie with a beam, but I woke up because it was a loess room, but it was so refreshing. The host is also very kind, and I was so grateful that he took care of any inconveniences while using it, and it was an accommodation that healed in nature and warmed my heart. I'm going to visit again this summer!

It's an accommodation where you can bring your dog, so it smells like it?'I was worried, but I was worried for nothing. It was clean and tidy, and the basic spices were provided in the refrigerator, so it was nice to be able to cook simple meals. I thought there would be no use of the washer and dryer, but it was so nice to be able to do simple washing and drying. In addition, if you send a message with questions to the host, they respond quickly and are kind, so I made warm memories in a good space. I am willing to visit again next time.🍀💚

The host was very kind and took care of what I was curious about, and it was very nice that he gave me the location in detail! The room was very spacious and much cleaner and nicer than what was shown in the photos!!! The bathroom was clean, and there was everything I needed, including shampoo, rinse, body wash, and towels!! If I come to Hongdae next time, I'll book this accommodation again. Good!👍

Lydia was very friendly and communicative throughout the check in till out process. Location was very near sejong food alley and convenient to cab out from. Room was cozy and water dispenser was very helpful. Fruits platter and personal recommendations welcome session was also a pleasant surprise. Pity I only stayed a night, would have stayed longer if I had known there was more to do than just gyeongbokgung. Will go back again!

For my second trip to Seoul I again chose this stay and it was as perfect as it was the first time. It is clean, comfortable and you are provided with everything you need. The area is beautiful, with direct access to the mountain paths, a traditional marked and it's near the Subway. The Host again was very polite, forthcoming and helpful. I felt very welcome and I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone who wants to visit Seoul.

A great and affordable place to stay in if you’re hanging out with your friends. 5th floor is spacious and is well maintained. The room is clean as well and we had a great time there.

Mr. Han was really nice and accommodating. He offered to pick us up from the station and happily took us back after our check out date. We were really grateful because it was slippery due to snow and pulling the luggage is quite tough. The place was as you see in the picture spacious and clean. Great neighborhood since you can get a good sleep. nearest station is in Solbat Park easy access 8-10mins walk with 24hr stores nearby. He responds quickly so it wont be a problem too. we hope to stay there again.
