Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Yeoju-si

Exceptional service from the host and amazing responsiveness. We felt more like being taken care of by family. The property is so nice and perfect for a private getaway.

Sowol Hanok is nestled at the end of a street with lots of cute stores. A perfect location to immerse yourself in Bukchon Village. A bonus is it is right beside a hanok cafe with traditional Korean treats. The hanok is as described in the photos. The host did an amazing job welcoming us with cold tea and sweets. Everything was pristine and ready for relaxation. The hinoki bath was the ultimte reward after a long day of walking. It’s a unique experience not every tourist gets to do. Just note the house sits on a steep incline which might be difficult for those with heavy luggages. We chose to arrive via uber taxi for convenience. Also, follow the instructions on closing the screen doors and bathroom door as there are bugs that might enter from the outside.

The Hanok was beautiful inside and out. The free bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again when we are back in Seoul.

On our trip to Seoul, we sought out a traditional Hanok guesthouse, as it’s a rare opportunity for our dog to travel from China to Korea. We feel incredibly fortunate to have stayed in such an exceptional guesthouse! The house and courtyard are designed with exquisite taste, seamlessly blending traditional and modern elements. The space is spotlessly clean, offering utmost comfort, and everything feels just right! The host and property manager are warm, welcoming, and attentive, quickly addressing any concerns. From before our arrival to throughout our stay, they went out of their way to provide thoughtful and caring service. Thank you for making our Seoul trip truly memorable. We had such a wonderful stay at Sawol Hanok. The space is peaceful, beautifully designed, and full of charm. We loved how the traditional architecture was paired with simple, modern touches which really helped us slow down and relax. The courtyard is gorgeous, and the whole place feels very calming and private. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, but still close to everything we needed. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing experience in Seoul.

Jun was a wonderful host. She made sure we felt at home and continued to check in on us during our stay. The space was very clean and welcoming. We loved that it was in the middle of a market and walking distance to so many cafes and shops. Very unique experience for our first time in Korea!

I was going on an early summer vacation, so I was looking at Airbnb, and it was so pretty that I booked it a month ago and waited excitedly. When I arrived, it was prettier than the photos. It was so clean that I wondered if it was a dog-friendly pension. It was a very satisfying accommodation that seemed to have been taken care of by the owner couple. There was also a cafe with a brunch menu, so I enjoyed it until the afternoon on the day of departure, and it was really perfect. Next time, I'll visit with my family.♡

The surroundings may be old, but the interior is a really cozy and comfortable accommodation. It was a humid day, but when I first entered, the dehumidifier, air conditioner, and boiler were turned on, so it was really pleasant. It was a part where I felt how thoughtful the host was. Parking was not difficult in the nearby alley, and although I did not cook on this trip, it seems that it would be good to cook because it is equipped with most tableware and cooking utensils. Personally, I tend to sleep well in the dark, so it was a little disappointing that the bedroom didn't have blackout curtains, but I still slept well:) I had coffee in the morning, and it was delicious and very fresh coffee that was well brewed. The host was very considerate during the reservation process, so it was a really comfortable trip. I'd love to go back if I find myself in Wonju again.

First of all, the feedback was quick and very kind! I was worried that the pensions were usually small for 2-4 people (couple's room), but even though it was a trip for 3 men and 1 woman, the space wasn't cramped at all and there was enough space to sleep. The valley is right in front, but it's not close to a pension, but I almost felt like I was using the valley alone. So it was nice to be able to release the puppy freely. I don't think there's anyone... The water was clean, and since it was a valley, there were a lot of bugs, but there were no bugs in the accommodation. And the pool was spacious and deep (of course, when we went, we couldn't use it because it was cold, but something was running? It was nice that it was like an asmr because I kept hearing it haha) The spa was also prepared, so it was nice to be able to enjoy the open-air bath. I had a good stay!

the apartment is in a calm neighborhood. It has everything you need and a very nice roof top! we could walk up to the radio tower and also down the hill is a nice area. to take a Uber, we just got up a few stairs, to the upper road, instead of going down the hill. thanks again

I liked that the host gave quick feedback on my inquiry, and that the space was quiet, so I was able to use it late for a long time.

Since it is a wooden building, there is a part where the kitchen floor is a little sagging, but it is natural aging, and it is a house designed for families who dreamed of a happy life with their children. It's still a good space that's well-maintained in detail.

I had a really good time with my family. As you can see in the photos, the beautiful accommodation, and the descriptions in the accommodation were detailed and clear. I recommend it.

The accommodation is very clean, and the host is friendly. They prepared breakfast, and it was more delicious than most brunch cafes.

Allowed us to check-in early so we could start skiing in the morning. Very prompt with questions and responses. Definitely recommend

Hi boss! It's been a long time since I gathered with my really close friends on the weekend and had a really fun and cozy rest. The host is very kind, and when you arrive, please explain how to use it step by step! Thank you for responding so well even though we contacted you late at night because it was getting cold-! The accommodation is much better than the photos and is optimized for multiple people. We used both the barbecue and the cauldron, but it was easy to eat, so we were quite satisfied and ate:) The subtle cypress scent spreading in the room is also pleasant. The tools were clean and tidy, so it was really nice to use. We all complimented this place so much. I want to use it again next time! I'll book here when I get together Thank you.☺️☺️

It was nice. First of all, it was comfortable and nice that the barbecue was self-service.

This is a place I visited with friends, and it was the perfect place for 4 people to stay. I only stayed for 1 night and 2 days, but I stayed so comfortably, and it was nice to be able to have a separate barbecue on the veranda. I was a little worried that the Hinoki bathtub might not be available if the weather was cold, but fortunately, the Hinoki bathtub was also available, which was even better. All the necessary tableware and cooking utensils were prepared, so it was convenient. The bathroom is a little small, but I don't think it's a big problem. I also appreciated the recommendations of cafes and restaurants nearby.

It was a nice and healing weekend in a very remote area. The host was very friendly - thank you for everything! It is in a mountainous area with forest, so if you like hiking then this is a good place to go! The hot tub was very relaxing, too :) the pool was not usable tho. You can book the barbecue grill for a fee, which is a nice option. Maybe next time! Tipp: get everything for cooking before you come to the place, including water, because it is a very remote area. All in all we had a good stay there :) thank you!!
