Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Yên Phụ

Unique space located in the heart of the old quarter It was walkable to the Don Xuan market and although about a 20 min walk to the French quarter there were many interesting things to see. The street below was active and interesting and always entertaining while drinking my am coffee! The unit was clean and well maintained. The host was super responsive! We were really happy with the experience!

Nhung's apartment was the perfect place to stay within the Old Quarter. Nestled down a private alley between popular nightclubs and restaurants, we were immediately enjoying the vibrant and bustling atmosphere of the Old Quarter at our doorstep at all hours. Nhung's instructions on how to locate and access the apartment ensures a smooth self check in process and her team of co-hosts ensures that any questions you might have are answered thoroughly, thoughtfully and in a timely manner. Nhung's apartment was comfortable and spacious. The washing machine coupled with a sun-soaked undercover balcony is an underrated combination which makes staying for several days and keeping clean and fresh and absolute breeze. I would love to revisit the apartment when I return to Hanoi!

Linh's place is cozy and conveniently located with many great places to visit or eat around. The host is super responsive and helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay at her place next time in town.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The house has so much character-each floor leading up to the top felt like it had its own story to tell, with thoughtful little details and beautiful visuals everywhere. It felt like stepping into a movie set, but in the most natural, lived-in way. Our room on the top floor was peaceful, clean, and really well taken care of. Lan was amazing she wasn’t just a host, she felt like a friend. Always kind, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. When we had an emergency, even the owner came in person to help and acted quickly. That kind of care really stood out. I’d 100% stay here again if I come back to Vietnam. It’s a special place, and I’m grateful we found it.

This place exceeded expectations! The photos truly represented the space, and June was an absolute gem - super accommodating and responsive. The neighborhood is easy to navigate, super walkable, and surrounded by amazing local food joints and cafes right outside the door. 100% recommended! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, place was great value, host responded to any communication. The stairs/ladder to mezzanine bed could be tricky for someone with reduced mobility or who had too much to drink. It was no issue for me and it is fairly clear in pics. Would stay again.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, aber dafür ruhig mit einem unschlagbaren Blick! In der Ecke leben viele Expats, und man kommt mit Grab zu jederzeit gut hin und weg. Alles was man braucht gibt es in der Ecke, auch sehr gut für längere Aufenthalte geeignet! Klare Empfehlung auch wegen dem super Service!!

Super Aufenthalt, nicht ganz in der Innenstadt aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Mega Aussicht aus der Wohnung, toll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich.

One of the few AirBnb places that looks exactly like the pictures! This was a really beautiful apartment with full amenities, fast wifi, strong A/C, and even a washer and dryer (which is a rare find in Vietnam). Really a joy to stay here and the host is super responsive and friendly.

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment beside West Lake in Hanoi. The view from the balcony was stunning—peaceful lake by day, sparkling cityscape by night. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location is ideal, with cafés, restaurants, and local attractions just a short walk away. It offered the perfect blend of Hanoi’s vibrant culture and calm lakeside charm. Our host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Son’s place is great stay! I had an early check-in request and was accommodated. The place is ideal for a visit to the area and easy drive to the airport. I would recommend to any travels for a nice and easy stay. Hopefully I have the pleasure of staying again soon.
