Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Yên Bái

I loved staying here. It is run like a hostel and the secretary helped organised for my bus to drop me off and pick me up directly in front of the homestay. There were children running around playing and tried to teach me some Vietnamese, they were so cute. Service was above and beyond, love this place.

Der Aufenthalt bei Oanh war wirklich ein Erlebnis, da mein Freund und ich während des Taifuns Yagi dort waren😅 Zu der Unterkunft: Die Zimmer sind wie auf den Fotos sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und das Haus mit vielen interessanten Dingen versehen. Allerdings ist es bisschen hellhörig und man hat außerhalb des Zimmers nicht so viel Privatsphäre, aber wenn man nicht (wie wir) im Haus gefangen ist, fällt das wahrscheinlich nicht auf. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war wirklich sehr lecker und wir haben uns immer sehr drauf gefreut😍 Wir wurden auch zu einem sehr schönen Family Dinner eingeladen, wo uns die Vietnamesische Küche näher gebracht wurde und wir viel lachen konnten! Oanh, ihr Sohn und ihr Team waren wirklich super nett, kompetent und konnte sehr gut Englisch sprechen. Grade bei der Frage „Sicherheit wegen des Taifuns“ haben sie uns wirklich gut unterstützt! Die Lage des Hauses ist bezaubern, da es mitten in den Reisfeldern liegt und man die Berge sehen kann.

I had some initial issues with finiding the location, since the address Airbnb gives you (even though its accurately placed on the map by Tuan) leads you to some random place in the town 2 kilometers away from the actual address. Tuan doesnt speak English but with minimal Vietnamese knowledge, Google Translate and good will its fairly easy to sort things out :) Other than that the place was great, Tuan was very friendly and she even gave me a nice breakfast which is pretty cool considering the price of my stay

Recently constructed guesthouse in a heavenly location. Set right on the bank of a small lake, this spot is the quiet and peaceful getaway you need from the polluted, noisy Hanoi. The rooms are well built with a modern standard, including a big TV, proper AC, and large windows letting in lots of light. Everything was clean and good as new. The small rooms are on the ground floor and the views could have been nicer if the building was slightly nearer to the lake itself - climbing to the upper floors provides a proper vista. The host, Dzung, was very friendly and welcoming, and it was enjoyable to hang out with him and learn about his life. He offers kayaking (free) and jetski rental (paid), as well as a dinner and breakfast made by his family. All in all a wonderful place to stay with very few, if any, things to mind. Well worth the 3 hour trip from Hanoi, but slightly overpriced for Vietnamese standards.

Không gian yên tĩnh, thoải mái và thoáng mát, cách trung tâm không xa nên cũng rất thuận tiện. Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi và mọi dịch vụ tôi yêu cầu đều được đáp ứng.

Our stay at Pavi’s place was so lovely. The location is out of the busy tourist areas surrounded by local villages and rice fields, which was exactly what we wanted. The views from the top balcony stole our hearts as well as the cute puppy dogs! We felt very heard by all the staff and even when we asked to swap rooms the second day (because the bathroom fan wasn’t working), it was a swift and easy process. Such a beautiful family we would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you 🥹🧡
