Monthly Rentals in Yeghvard

Clean, spacious, cozy apartments with good renovation. Comfortable beds, a great sofa in the living room. There is everything you need: plates, glasses, washing machine, air conditioning, iron. The bathroom even has cotton pads, and we were also given disposable slippers! :) I lived here for a few days with my friends, I liked everything! A wonderful host, responds very quickly to all questions. The location is also great: the center of Yerevan, everything is close, there are a lot of cafes, busy streets, places for breakfast and dinner. Right at the house, there is a shop and a stall with fruits and vegetables. 15 minutes to the Cascade. Outside the apartment windows - some kind of construction, but we didn't hear any noise (maybe the construction isn't functioning now). Very attractive price for such cool apartments. Thank you so much for our time in Yerevan!

I didn’t expect that the place gonna be so mindful, cozy and beautiful. Everything clean, beautiful view, nice bed, shower, kitchen. Everything is clean and it’s like real village house with amazing view. I’ll come back soon!

Rosy is very welcoming and helpful, she provided us a very easy to understand list of how to get around from here and where to get food from etc. This place is very clean, the host is very friendly, helpful and responsive! the view of the mountains is amazing. it's about 20-25 minutes to get to town with a Taxi and the taxi can pick you up right outside of the apartment. The dogs are very friendly. Receiving fruit from the farm is also a plus! overall a great stay and would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

It is family place, very cosy and friendly people around. It feels like home, beautiful nature around, bbq zone, fruit trees and rest zones. Inside the room all the amenities are presented, you can feel it all in the little thoughtful details. In general it is a peaceful rest place not far from Yerevan.
