Holiday rentals with a patio in Yeadon

Our stay at Eduardo’s was cozy and comfy! Perfect place for us to stop for a quiet night but still close enough to the city to enjoy the sites. 10/10!

This was the cutest and most convenient place we could have stayed for our trip! The aesthetic was relaxing and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in while traveling!! We came into the city for a music festival and were pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much there is to do in a walkable distance. I would definitely recommend visiting the Museum on a Friday evening for their discounted event which included live music & drinks ! Perfect date night. If you have pups there are so many beautiful areas to talk them for walks. We will definitely be back in the future as there was truly not enough time to enjoy all the area had to offer. Thank you!!!

Walter’s apartment was a perfect place for us to stay for a family weekend. It was comfortable and clean. Manayunk is a sweet area, with easy access to hiking in the Wisahickon. We had a great stay.

Don’t think twice about it and just book it! I am the queen of reading every single review before I book a place and I’ll save you the trouble of doing so and highly advise you book Greg’s place in Philly! This jawn is where you want to be when visiting the city of Brotherly Love! It’s walkable, it’s clean, it’s quiet, it’s amazing!!!

The place is very spacious comfy and charming. Rob and Amanda were very responsive, as it was a last minute booking. I admit I didn’t pay too much to the description in advance as I was in a hurry and I was so pleasantly surprised by how lovely the place was. And what a joy to sit on the comfy sofa in a sun lit room listening to the birds chirp while enjoying my morning coffee. I would definitely stay again!!

Place looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and orderly. Bed was great. Place was cozy and quiet.

Chris was absolutely fantastic!! He was very responsive and visited twice during our stay! The house was very spacious and was perfect for our weekend stay in Philadelphia! The private patio and movie room were definite bonuses! Parking was always easy to find! I would definitely recommend renting from Wickham Realty! I will definitely be staying at one of his properties next time I am in the area!

Very comfortable and great location. It was an easy walk to train station and lots of great restaurants nearby. Host was very friendly and helpful. Washer and drier and nice and big too!

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Loved the stay! As someone who is local but stayed with my Partner who isn’t familiar with the area. Having places like Cherry Hill, Gloucester, Sicklerville, and Philadelphia so close by made for easy trips and loads of things to check out. It’s a nice decorated home, with great amounts of thought put into the amenities! The only “negative” but not really negative thing I could say is that there’s definitely a limited amount of space and 2 people is the most it could hold. Overall a cute and fun experience, but just a slight bit pricey for just the 2 nights we stayed!

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. Great cozy place to stay. Love the history and architecture of the home and neighborhood. Amalia was very friendly and extremely accommodating. When we realized the previous guests had consumed all the coffee, she immediately went to the store and bought some for us. If light from street lights bothers you at night consider wearing sleep masks.

Angela’s place was just as described, comfortable and loved the decor. Easy check-in was much appreciated. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Definitely recommend and will book again.

Pat and Lulu’s place looks exactly like the photos, it has essentially everything you would ever need from an Airbnb. The location itself isn’t pretty but no complaints on the Airbnb at all! The beds are also super comfy.

My group and I enjoyed Karena’s home. It was very clean and looked as described. There was more than enough space for a large group and plenty of toiletries and towels for everyone. She was responsive upon arrival and very helpful. Plenty of street parking. Would book again.

Meng's condo is in a perfect location if you're looking to get around the city easily. Despite being in a high traffic area, we had no issues finding parking and getting around. The condo was spacious and fit all our needs for a weekend stay for a family wedding.

The space was beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with natural light—every corner felt luxurious and thoughtfully curated. The breathtaking views of Philadelphia were truly unforgettable, especially at sunrise and sunset. What made the experience even more special was the host—so extremely accommodating, kind, and truly a joy to work with. From the moment we booked, communication was smooth and welcoming. It felt like staying with a friend who genuinely cares about your comfort and experience. I highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a high-end, memorable stay in Philadelphia. The space was even roomier, brighter, and lovelier than the pictures. The area was walkable, with tons to do, cool murals around every corner, and so many excellent food and beverage options. Natasha was a wonderful, responsive host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location. Really convenient with super strong WiFi. Such a cool neighborhood and for that reason parking can be a little tough at night. Just plan for that.

Erica’s place is like being at home. The host are so kind & respectful. I loved the stocked kitchen , the cozy fire place , and the local recommendations that Erica added in the guest manual. I’m in love with the place as a whole , it’s very convenient & any questions I had Erica responded quickly ! 10/10 !

Very clean apartment with plenty of space. Kitchen, living room, beds and bath are all really nice. Our host Bin is friendly and responsive. Groceries store and coffee shops are <5 minute walk. A very short commute to city center by buses/subway with lots of things to do. We really enjoyed our stay here.
