Holiday rentals with a kayak in Yavapai County

Genuinely appreciate all of the effort Sandi put into the house for her guest. By far the most prepared house. Clean pots and pans. Seasonings and sandwich bags. Clean linens and soft beds that are comfortable. Grills with gas ready to use. Overall an amazing place to stay close to downtown Prescott. Watching the deer and Javalina walk through the property was awesome. I spent most of my time on the balcony watching the birds and trees. This place was extremely clean, comfortable and relaxing. This one truly is 5 stars.

The cabin was great, location was very peaceful and still close to lots of things to do. Creek in the backyard was great for the kids to play in. All around a great place and will be back!

The cottage is perfect for a couple or single person for a quiet getaway. We loved the back yard and being able to enjoy the wildlife. The many amenities were appreciated, especially the washer and dryer. It is slightly cooler in the hills, so it would be a nice treat from the summer heat at the low desert.

With the river in the back it’s such a nice place! You can be outside on the water or inside playing some games! Very versatile and fun for everyone.

This was one of the best stays we’ve had at an Airbnb. The neighborhood was perfectly placed close to downtown but far enough away in the woods to be very quiet. There are hiking and biking trails within minutes of the townhouse which was perfect for us to walk our dog and for me to ride my bike. The townhouse was in perfect shape, very clean, and spacious. The home came with great amenities (we loved sitting in the backyard) and was cozy and comfortable. Our host, Kate, gave clear instructions, responded timely to any questions and had a great guidebook of local attractions. I highly recommend staying here. When we come back to Flagstaff we will be looking to stay here again, it was a great experience!

My wife and I had a fantastic week at Candie's house! It was even nicer than the pictures and descriptions. The house is so comfortable and clean and well laid out, and so beautifully and tastefully decorated. And while we loved the indoor space, the outdoor space is mostly what you come to Sedona for; the lower deck was a wonderful respite from the sun while the upper, rooftop deck was our favorite hangout, especially for cocktails watching the sunset! And the location was perfect; convenient to all of Sedona, but far enough away from the crowds of tourists in Uptown that we really didn’t notice them. We can’t wait to go back! Jim and Vickie Quigg

Great place to stay in Prescott! The home isn't far off Highway 69 but it is very peaceful with no noise being heard from the highway. Close to many eateries in downtown Prescott and Prescott Valley. The house is sectioned off; you have your own private section of the house to stay in with many amenities. Laura lives in another section of the house so she is usually close by if you need something. You can also get recommendations for events and other fun happenings in the area from Laura to make your stay more adventurous!

the most amazing and peaceful place i have stayed in a long time. I will be back if they will have me. Maybe next time for an actual vacation not work.

L&K Getaway was a perfect cabin to escape the city and enjoy the peaceful mountain air. The cabin decor was super cute and cozy. It had all the amenities we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great! Layne was a responsive host and we will definitely be back!

Our family had a wonderful weekend at this cabin. The views are spectacular, absolutely a million dollar view. The multiple outdoor areas were great. The cabin was well stocked with everything you could need. The host was super responsive and so friendly! Highly recommend this cabin!

Twin Pines is a beautiful home! Our families really enjoyed our 3 days there. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook all of our meals for our entire stay. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The lighting & decor/ ambiance was so inviting, especially in the living room. The backyard was wonderful. The kids really enjoyed the playhouse & we loved spending evenings by the fire. Overall, a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. 🖤🌲

Great location, right by Watson Lake. The house is beautiful, but the washer and oven did not work. There were other small inconveniences that could be solved with a more attentive pre check, but nothing determined less than 5 stars, as the host was very responsive and helpful.

We loved staying at this cottage! The surroundings are beautiful. The deck with the Blackstone and firepit was our favorite place to hang out. We definitely hope to stay here again!

This is such a special place. Our family felt very, very much at home. Three nights is the minimum you need to stay to really soak in all of the beauty of this wonderful little community. The local BBQ is out of this world and the hiking to Crystal Point was a highlight on Mother's day. From the fabulous game room to the kitchen any chef would love to the firepit with lots of seating, this home is ready for a large family to gather and spend real, quality time together.
