Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Yarmouth

If you’re looking to stay in Portland, this is the place! Everything about the property was pristine. It felt classic and elegant, but with modern touches. Directions were easy and clear, linens and amenities were fantastic, and communication with the host was always very prompt. It’s located on a beautiful quiet street, but only 5-10 mins to downtown Portland and the bridge over to South Portland. Don’t hesitate to book this place for your next stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. This was our first time in Portland and coming back to this unit after a full day of activities felt like we were right at home. Lucie has truly made this unit so warm and inviting with great attention to detail. The location itself is also great, not too far from the city to drive but not too close either. Thanks again!

Great little place. We parked our car and trailer right in front of the house, had takeout and a few groceries delivered (I think we used DoorDash or GrubHub), and got rested up for the next leg of our trip. Hyeri was super kind and responsive.

The air bnb was very cozy and cute, just like the pictures. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The host was very attentive and communicative. Only thing was that the hot/cold water takes a while to get to the range you want it to in the shower but everything else was superb! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We stayed here for a short trip through Maine — the listing was as described and Kimberly was friendly and easy to communicate with. We appreciated how well stocked the apartment was, including with a few snacks and drinks. Location was within walking distance to a couple of great bakeries (Tandem and Zu) and restaurants (Canteen Calafia). As a note, this apartment is located on the first floor of an older building, so you may hear footsteps from the upstairs tenants. This was not an issue for us, and there were earplugs available. The bathroom is rather small (as described in the listing), but my partner, who is larger, didn’t have any issues.

Great location that is nearby for runs/walks and quick driving commutes to downtown and other hot spots. The space was cozy and clean.

Great stay! Location is perfect for everything we wanted to do, be by the water, stay right next to downtown, and a short walk from our tour with Eco Adventures. Furniture was very comfortable and everything was clean. Great restaurants in the area. Would return back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Taylor’s place. Home was very well appointed and comfortable. Location was great, and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Great start for our two week trip in New England.

Such a lovely, cozy spot! We stayed for two nights with toddlers and our dog and everyone was very happy there.

What a beautiful spot for a lovely weekend with friends. We enjoyed the contrast of exploring Portland, with the 15 min. escape back to this peaceful and beautiful home. This spot has everything you need, is comfortable for a group, and allows you to soak up the natural surroundings and space without being too much of a car ride away from the amazing city that is Portland. Would definitely stay again or even move in if I could :)

Ned and Raechel were great hosts. We had a large party with kids ranging from 2-18 and there was plenty of space for everyone. We didn’t have to reach out for much, but when we did they were super responsive. The location is super close to downtown Portland. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be staying again when we’re back in the area.

Rhonda’s house was so charming with its many decorations from the 1940s, 1950s. It felt very cozy and completely comfortable there for the five of us. The grands loved the loft with the toys, and we adults appreciated the awesome shower and towel filled bathroom. So nice! Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, easy to get into entrance, porch a nice place to relax. Great AC, too. Beautifully clean and tidy. Very close to downtown Portland for all of the going’s on and super restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for accessing a number of great locations, Peter was friendly and helpful, and we felt the AirBnB was equipped with everything we could have needed.

It was the perfect location for what we were meaning to see and accomplish on our trip. Easy find and access.

Perfect location right in the middle of all the popular restaurants and shops. Very clean and more spacious than we expected. Complex was quite inside. We didn’t hear noise from the other condos. We were there on a Saturday night so we could hear some of the nearby bars and music but that was to be expected given the location.

What a fantastic place to stay in Portland! Stephen's apartment is beautifully decorated, and is very well appointed. There was nothing that we needed while staying there! The apartment is so comfortable, was impeccably clean, and was the perfect home away from home. All the best restaurants, and some local favorites, are within walking distance. Lots of shopping and places to explore are also walkable. Stephen was an awesome host, he was very responsive, checked in to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything, and gave amazing recommendations for places to eat. We had such a wonderful time, and we look forward to coming back and staying here in the future. We highly recommend Stephen's place to stay!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

Great location! This condo was so close to everything it made getting around without a car super easy! Laundry is a great perk for longer stays!

Extremely clean and great location. It is located on second floor. If you have trouble with stairs, there is no elevator. Host provided clear instructions on check in and check out. She doesn’t require us to take out the garbage! !! She quickly responded to our questions and provided a great tourist book. Shower is amazing…I won’t spoil the surprise so book if you can!
