Bella Vista is a beautiful A-Frame cottage that is private but only a 1/2 mile from downtown Burnsville. It offers 1 bath, a bedroom with TV and king size bed, a sleeping loft that has 2 twin beds. The cabin will sleep 4 people but is best for 2 people. Gas log fireplace, central heat and air, washer and dryer and a small kitchen with new appliances. Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Our trails & woods have been ravaged with 100's of trees down. Many trails are still not cleared. Our 1.5 mile upper ridge trail loop and one river trail are now open. Pastures and fields are mostly cleared and all areas around the cottage are completely cleared with amazing long range views of fields and mountains.
