It's best to be able to rent a single-family home at this price point. It's an old house, so you can't ask for perfect cleanliness, but it's well-maintained and has a lot of different charms. 1. First of all, you can experience local alleys in Thailand. Everyone was friendly. It's a little difficult to get to, but the staff personally met you, so it's not difficult to get there once you check in. 2. The old Thai house was remodeled with that feeling. It's a pity that it's old and creaks and the surrounding road noise comes in, but the air conditioner is cool and the water is really clean. I used the shower filter, but it was white until the day I came back. And the jacuzzi is the best. You can start and end the day very refreshingly. 3. If the host is friendly and informs you of the surrounding food and sightseeing, the response is very fast.

A fantastic stopover in a nice traditional back street in the old town. The accommodation was exactly as described: a perfect hideaway from the chaotic bustling city. Alice looked after my booking and all subsequent communication and she was superb. Always replying in minutes, and forthcoming with some superb local food outlets. Everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and I hope to return someday!

Annie and Jira were absolutely incredibke hosts and we felt so welcome, at home and incredibly happy during our wonderful stay in Maison Chan. Everything was perfect and we really loved the area and the home itself was beautifully and tastefully decorated as well as being perfect and comfortable for all our needs. We had a very nice time at Sunee's house! They respond very quickly and always give answers. We live on the 4th floor. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with AC in each room. The house has multiple keys and security measures, which make you feel very safe all the time. PS, A nice cafe is located near the house, and you can also get a Thai milk tea there.

My second stay after one year. I love the quietness of the place, the comfort and spaciousness of the room, the free washing machine and dryer service. Although a bit ‘secluded’, there’s plenty of restaurants, convenience stores less than 7’ away. Probably my fav place to stay in BKK, very recommended!

Good, clean accomodation, helpful staff at the building and Chatchatpol was always available for any other queries. The location is central and there are a number of good options for wining and dining in walking distance.

We had amazing stay at Tara’s apt. The room is very clean and near so 7/11 and some local restaurants. We felt really comfortable and This apt is recommend for those who are looking for apt near BTS❤️

Absolutely a paradise!!! Best prices for smoke in Thailand for good quality!!! Treated with a fridge full of water (if you know you know) on arrival snacks lollies our own bong and complimentary gram for everyday we stayed. Air purifier and air conditioning downstairs and upstairs. Kitchen has everything you need and 7-11 is literally a few steps away and open 24/7 staff were so welcoming helping us with our luggage and gave us free fat buds merch to take home stickers. Can even order fat dads burgers if you cbf looking for food.

It was not my first time staying at Sirithorn & Felix's place and I once again appreciated the location Last year I stayed at another location, also in downtown Bangkok, but it looked empty and dark compared to Silom area Also having a 7-Eleven right across the building could not be underestimated, especially when you have to buy 5 liter water bottles every other day Walking to Sala Daeng BTS station or Sukhumvit MRT station is pretty quick Inside the room itself, the bed is nice, sheets and the blanket were clean, smooth and comfortable In the bathroom there is a large mirror which is always good Although there is no large countertop around the sink, there is a ledge under the mirror which is long and wide enough even for my stuff

My stay at Attaporn’s apartment was wonderful from start to finish. The space was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed—perfect for a relaxing end to my Thailand trip. It was great staying at Chonny’s place! The stay itself was very nice and was in a great location. We enjoyed using the pool and there was even a nice gym as well. There were three of us and we felt very comfortable in the space as well. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay.Great view from 29th floor. very close to BTS, and a 7-11 Has a well equipped gym and swimming pool. Neat, clean and has everything you need for a long term stay. The host communicates clearly and is available to answer your questions. Overall recommended for long term stays

The room was excellent! Views were really hard to beat, room is remodeled really well. One thing I would like to note was the location of the room is not in the best part of town and stepping outside really wasnt the best experience in my personal experience, street vendors smells and traffic were a bit much. There are also plenty of signs in the lobby mentioning that airbnbs are not legal in that building to try and avoid any subleasing. If that is something that would bother you then try another place. We pushed through and had a really great time.

Had a great time during this stay. Tina is the best! super responsive and flexible. If you tell her what you are looking for she will help and if you need anything she is always there. Highly recommended, and some amazing night views. Located next to a huge mall, temple, massages, food, BTS, everything!

Loved the place. The community was great and nice. Bee mom made sure we were fine and I would definitely recommend. Also there are so many vendors if you decide to take a walk outside the condo.
